At first, the doctor presented as a caring doctor, who would be very informed however, by the second appointment, their office doctor wasn’t on hand at your prescribing testing that they knew that he would not be able to do without doctor help and the doctor didn’t even work that day if you’re bringing your child here for help with autism find any other doctor, but this facility.

Comprehensive Neurology Clinic is a blessing. Dr. El Saiid and his staff are kind, generous with their time, and focused on the details to help them to provide exceptional care. The follow-through for the development of my care plan and accommodation to scheduling needs lightens the burden. I am grateful for CNC. Before CNC, I was worried. Now, I’m growing more confident that I can experience a better quality of life in spite of my diagnosis because my care is held by a team that has only given me reasons to believe that they will work diligently with me to achieve it. Finding an exceptional Neurologist is what we found with Dr Dahan and her team. With her guidance two autistic 5 year old boys are finally integrating in the family. It looks like a miracle, but it's the outcome of taking them to an outstanding professional and team.

I absolutely love this office! Jean the office manager is an angel. The doctors TRULY care about their patients and are diligent and extremely knowledgeable in their respective field. I would trust my life in theyre hands currently it’s my son we’re trusting them with and from the beginning they’ve taken steps and went above and beyond. Everyone in the office knows us by name and we’ve only been there twice. Rare for physicians offices to remember you by name lol

Dr. El-Said and his staff has changed my life! My migraines may never go away but between the his patience, the CPAP machine he suggested along with the medication he's prescribed I'm feeling so much better. Thank you Doc!

Dr. El-Said is wonderful. Everybody at the office is very friendly and professional. I had been to another neurologist previously and didn’t have a good experience. It is not the case for this office. I would definitely recommend Dr. El-Said to my friends, family, and anybody else who needs these services.

I am 36 years young female who has been suffering from migraines since I was 15. My experiences throughout the years with Neurologist has not always been the best, yes I receive treatment but the patient/Dr care has always been dry and sometimes I have felt like my symptoms were not taken seriously.

That has not been my experience whatsoever with Dr. El-Said and Dr. Dahan.
From the very first appointment, the energy of the entire staff was amazing and very caring. Both Drs.took their time to access my medical history as a new patient and evaluate my current symptoms. I did not feel rushed during my visit, I felt like I truly mattered and I finally after many many years found the right Doctors who will go above and beyond to make sure I am living the best quality of life as a migraine sufferer.

When you’re in the office it truly feels like the staff is very close, like a family. I was nervous about bringing my 18 month old son to an appt, but immediately the entire staff and both Drs were so kind and comforting to my son and did not make me feel awful for bringing him. That meant a lot to as a patient.

If you’re looking for a new Neurologist Dr. I highly recommend both Dr. El-Said and Dr. Dahan.

Dr. El-Said was the best. He is very thorough, caring and what I liked the most was that he listened to me. He asked pertinent questions to learn more about me and why I was there. I did tell him that I wish he could be my Primary Care Dr. Thank You Dr. El-Said for all you did for me.

I been visiting Dr. Reffat El-Said Neurology Clinic for more than 10 years and I am very happy with his caring, service and patience.

My son arrived here with ADHD + depression with aggressive behavior, was a very hard season for us last year. Dr Diham helps him prescribing a medication which made him more easy to follow instructions, not sleepy. After a year, he says the medication keep him more calm, and help him to cope better his emotions. Also a behavioral therapist was involved in all the process. I highly recommend to parents don’t be afraid when doctors prescribe medication for this condition of ADHD, they work when doctors knows how to use it.
