Janice Treijs was very kind, patient, and professional. She made me feel very comfortable by listening and answering all my questions with a caring and open heart. She is an asset to any organization and I truly appreciate her services.

I will definitely not go back to this Dr's office. I have left two messages for callbacks over a 2 week period and no call back as of yet. I called and finally spoke to someone about an issue I had and was then put on a 15-minute hold, and no one came back to the line. So, there was no resolution to the issue I had and was trying to get fixed. Need to improve your customer service!

I was so scared of getting a papsmear. But having my first annual gyno check up was completely worth it. It's pain free n quick. My experience is 100% magnificent over excellent

Dr. Kimberly Bernard was very attentive and informative. As a medical professional and a person with a couple chronic conditions, I am very picky about the doctors I see. I could tell I was in good hands with Dr. Bernard. Overall I felt comfortable and as ease for the duration of my appointment. I also like that they have a no children policy.

The place was very clean and everyone was so professional from the receptionist to the doctors but the best thing about it is the wait wasn't long

Dr. Magua was amazing. Probably the most relaxing annual I have ever had. She answered all my questions and didn’t rush. I highly recommend this office.

Will never come here again! It’s really unforgivable just how careless the staff is here. I go in with concerns of pregnancy and for someone who has had complications in the past, you would think they would care but the nurse practitioner and nursing staff was nasty and just dismissed me and my concerns. Thank God I got a second opinion at a different obgyn office because If I hadn’t It would’ve been devastating. Customer service and just care for women is what this place is lacking! It’s very sad.

Great experience from start to finish. Dr. Santiago cares about his patients and listens to their concerns. Also, very professional staff.

Found it appropriate to comment on my wifes weight and brazenly suggested dieting while making no comment on my appearance. Her labs came back fine. The man with the doctorate thinks diet is the issue. Juvenile at best.

Dr Bernard was absolutely amazing, relatable, made me feel so comfortable for such an intimate situation, I’m very impressed and I’m stuck with her for life lol

I went here twice for my first pregnancy. My first visit was overall okay. When I called to make my appointment I asked to have blood work done and an ultrasound to get established and confirm pregnancy with their office, even though I had already had confirmation from another clinic through a urine test. They told me I would be able to get both things done and I’d be getting an exam as well. When I got to the office there were no notes in my file, they had no clue about an ultrasound and gave me a hard time about it. They told me that’s not something they usually do at the first visit and I explained I was told I would get one, the doctor did end up doing a “curtesy” ultrasound as they called it and I was pleased with the doctor. My second visit is then one that makes me not want to go back. I went in for my 8 week check and ultrasound. I go in and ask for my fiancé to be present, they give me a hard time told me to have him let the front desk know to walk him back, after I asked them to wait they still proceeded to start my ultrasound. I then asked them to stop and go get him before continuing because they couldn’t see anything. They did a transvaginal ultrasound and were taking pictures, mind you the tech was training someone else while doing this. I was never informed I would be dealing with a trainee. After a few minutes I asked if there was a heartbeat that we were expecting to hear one today. The doctor with no emotion said there’s no heartbeat. This is my first pregnancy so I wasn’t sure if I was too early or if this was normal at this stage, so I was waiting for more information for a few seconds. Then asked if it was normal, again no emotion, no the pregnancy has failed and then continued to probe around. I was sobbing I couldn’t even speak to tell them to stop, finally the trainee asked if she could take the probe out. The lead tech in this process was unprofessional, emotionless, and just cold through one of the hardest moments a young couple can go through. Then I spoke with a doctor, she was nice and explained things and answered my questions. She wrote me a prescription to expel everything from the pregnancy since I hadn’t started bleeding. When I get to Walgreens to pick up my medication, they tell me that it’s incorrect and they were waiting to hear back from the doctor. I waited 4 hours.and still had to go home with no medication and a broken heart to now get up in the morning and deal with it again. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed in this service and level of care during one of the hardest moments in life. I will be calling and expressing my concerns directly to this office. I would strongly consider finding a different OB if you are pregnant and especially if you’re a first time pregnant. Long review but a real review.

I had a great experience here! Dr Santiago and his nurse spent so much time with me and made me feel heard. The follow up phone calls were impressive. I honestly don’t think any office I have ever been to is as attentive and thorough

I've used this office for the first time last year, it was recommended to me by a colleague. I have seen the nurse Practitioner Janice from the inception and once I saw Dr Smith for a minor procedure. From the inception, I've found them to be knowledgeable and proactive with my care, I believe Janice is very knowledgeable and I'm always impressed with her work ethic. Even though I've relocated to Palm Beach, I make the annual trip for her care.

They truly try to STEAL THE MAGIC AND JOY of pregnancy. The office staff is beyond rude- nurses don’t even introduce themselves or greet you- they just tell you what to do. One nurse tried to have me sign documents while taking my blood pressure; she then told me to remove the blood pressure machine myself. On 2 occasions I brought my spouse and my sister to my ultrasounds, On both occasions the nurses told me they weren’t allowed in the room. I had to ask the doctors who went and got them themselves. The only pleasant things about this office are the doctors.

I arrived at my last appointment there, after going there for over 6 months, after 3 ultrasounds, they told me I need a PCP referral to be seen that day or pay the $2,000 amount out of pocket. I had 0 missed calls from them to inform me prior. Each referral sent was rejected based on new specifics needed each time- needs the name of their office, or doctors official letterhead or date seen, or proof of pregnancy. I saw 3 doctors in 3 days. They rejected all 4 of my referrals. Each time the PCP added what they asked and they kept adding more requirements. I had to call the insurance and figure it out myself, & send many emails until they decided to accept the referrals. They truly do not care about their patients’ wellbeing. It feels more like a money making factory than a doctors office. Felt like patient # 349 of the day.

The office is a disgrace to the TopLineMD ALLIANCE. I suggest you pay attention to the many many negative reviews and find a place where you’ll feel valued, cared for and heard- especially during pregnancy. A place that brings peace. This is NOT it.
