No good lies does not listen to patient when your in pain I learned the hard way do not do the same take my word for it

My former dr retired, I made an appointment with Dr H. I found him to be very knowledgeable and caring. I’ve been in P. M.for years and feel very fortunate to have found Dr H. I saw all the negative reviews and was a bit surprised. My interactions with the Doctor and the entire staff were nothing but positive, everyone was warm and friendly thanks

Dr. Haynes is absolutely wonderful.caring.he actually listens to you he treats you like a human being all the girls there are wonderful as well I'm so glad I found this office. I've actually have quality of life now I can't say enough nice things about this office you need a pain doctor this is the place they treat you like family

I called multiple times, left msg, no call back. Finally got a person to answer on the 3rd day to schedule an appt, 10/17/23. Appt was at 10, be there 15 mins early. Got there at 930, signed in. At 10: 05 I was called up and given a stack of about 30 pages to complete. I did that online the day before. 10: 30 I was called to the room. My last MRI was 4 years ago but I gave them the results. I've deteriorated since then. Did he, Dr Haynes, want to order a new one? He says no, waste of money. But he wanted to know the pain medicine I was given during recovery of my surgeries in 1987,2004,2007 etc. WTH? I don't know but he seriously looked at me like I should know and he wanted an answer. He prescribed hydrocodone but my insurance won't cover it and I've called for days now, sent emails which were returned because they couldn't be delivered. No website. I'm not sure about this office. I finally got ahold of them about the script and they want $20 to deal with it!

I have been a patient of Dr Haynes for 17 years. He, along with the his staff work to give patients the type of care they individually need. It’s a busy office, so remember to be kind on how we as patients work with the staff.

THEY KEEP DELETING MY REVIEW SO I WILL KEPP POSTING IT! THEY KNOW THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DONE! THAT DR. RUDY IS THE WORST OF ALL! THIS PLACE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! THERE IS ONLY 2 GIRLS THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE! THE QUITE GIRL THAT BRINGS YOU INTO THE ROOM AND THE GIRL AT CHECK OUT! THE GIRL THAT IS THE "OFFICE MANAGER" IS NOT AT ALL AND SHOULD NOT HAVE THAT TITLE. THE DR'S ARE JUST WORRIED ABOUT THE MONEY. THEY DO NOT TAKE TAIME WITH YOU. THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE SCHEDULED AT THE SAME TIME, THE OFFICE IS SMALL AND JUST A MESS! IF YOU GO HERE YOU WILL JUST BE ANOTHER DOLLAR IN THE DR'S POCKET!

I was a patient of Dr. Haynes. He cares only about money, in my opinion- certainly not about his patients. He was either misinformed in one case or dishonest. A simple Google search returns the drug manufacturer’s website, and it showed that what he was telling me was way off base (it wasn’t a matter of interpretation; his math was flat wrong), but he refused to take 20 seconds to look. I guess being a patient for 7 years doesn’t warrant that much of his precious time. I had never cared that he was rude (it’s obviously just how he is), but I care that he failed to meet a very minimal standard of care. I’ll just be blunt: he’s an awful person to deal with. I think he believes it would kill him to smile. He would be perfect for Central Casting should they need someone to play a drill sergeant. The office staff is a tale of extremes. Jessica R.is phenomenal; sweet, competent, and organized. A couple of the others are rude and often fail to do what they say they will do. One of them literally lied to the doctor about me, seemingly on a power trip. I found a different doctor and am very happy I did so.

Knowledgeable, helpful & friendly staff, who are always will work with you to help and assist you in anyway they can. Even when they become very busy in the office.

All the doctors & nurse-practioners are the same way, and are very willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have & assit you in anyway that they can also.
No matter how busy that it might be for them that day.

They are always concerned about your well-being, and remember who you are all the while remembering about things going on in your life that's also affecting you.

All of their team are concerned for your physical & mental well-being.

I've been going there for nearly 5 years now, and overall it's always been a really great experience.

I have been going here for over 15 years and I Love Dr.de la Garza they also have 2 other Drs.on Staff Dr. Hanes and Dr. Panganaban but everyone calls him Dr. Rudy they also have a physician assistant but I don't like him at all won't see him his name is Rob Lachar or Mr. Rob is what he want's to go by he thinks he knows more than the Drs.but all the real Drs.are Great they care about their patients like I said I see Dr. D that's what I call him he is very caring and compassionate about all your needs

The office staff are always pleasant and efficient, and patient when dealing with patient problems. We always get in and out of the office in a reasonable amount of time. My mother is in a wheelchair and they have been considerate of her limitations and needs. We've been very grateful for the experience we've had at Comprehensive Pain Management.
