First time meeting Dr. GATZ Was January 3,2022. And he took his time explaining me everything. A full hour. You never get that with a Dr. Didn't make me nervous. I can tell he does care about his patients. Plus his staff was all wonderful. By far most the best Dr I've ever been to with dealing with my back issues.

Dr. Gatz and his staff took great care of me. They are helping me with my back to get out of oain. Dr. Gatz did my injections and I hardly felt a thing. Bethanie got me in very quickly and set my follow up appointment as soon as I was done. They are very professional and extremely efficient.

I recently moved from Arizona so needed to find a local specialist that dealt with medtronic pain pumps. After much research I decided on Dr. Gatz. I truly believe I made the right choice. Very friendly yet professional staff. Office manager Chris is warm, helpful, and knows the business. Dr. Gatz listened, supplied feedback, asked questions, and discussed game plan with me. He took the time to explain the office procedures so that I knew what to expect. Made me feel welcome, appreciated, and a part of my treatment planning.not just a patient being told what to do, but a decision maker. I am very pleased.

I have been going to Dr. Gatz for over 10 years. I have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Gatz, Melissa, and George have always treated me and my case with concern. Giving me great care and advice. Dr. Gatz did not give up until we found a plan of action that addressed my issues. Dr Gatz and Mellissa are some of the few doctors out there who actually care about their patients and their well being.
They are not a doctors office who just throws meds at you and collects payments. He also does injections and refers to physical therapy for those who need it and keeps his records up to date with current medical imaging reports and scans. They treat the patient and their condition and not just the diagnosis with a triad of care. Being medications when needed, injections and massage/physical therapy when appropriate.
They will also will spend time speaking with the patient and their spouse or care givers about their conditions, treatment plans and any concerns that they may have.
After seeing several doctors in the area Dr Gatz office is the best option for my health care and is by far one of the most legitimate specialists in the field in Palm beach county.
Generally speaking waiting time is less than an hour most of the time where other practices are several hours before you can see a doctor and he is by the book and covers his bases. Sometimes there is a long wait but it is very worth it because of the care that you will see from the staff. I would recommend him to my own parents and grandparents if they were in the area.
After being a patient for over a decade I can definitely say that their have been zero problems or negative expieriance with Dr Gatz and his staff. They are simply the best in the area. I was a patient at his former partnership practice and the new office is far more professional.
The office manager Chris is very professional and if he says he will take care of something he will. You can count on it, and that is far better than what happens at other doctors offices in the area.
If you have any questions or concerns by all means ask the doctors or Chris and you will get the answers that you need. I can't say enough good things about them and they are definitely the best most professional doctors in the area.
While there are a few negative reviews they are usually by those who were problematic patients who wanted something that could not be legally done with the current laws and regulations on the books. Or by people who did not think that they should have to wait. When the reality is that on average the wait is only about 15 minutes and your on your way within an hour of your appointment time unless the doctor had to take an emergency from a patient at the hospital or something else along those lines. But if there is a long wait it is worth it because they don't rush through the time with the patients and are extremely thorough.
I can also say that any bad employees are not going to last very long because they are not helping anything and patients are not going to continue to use the practitioner. The office is very busy with patients but very efficient and not rushed because they have several doctors on duty at all times. With Dr Gatz and Mellissa being the best and my preferred doctors here.
Many of the regular patients have been seeing Dr Gatz for over 5 years and many more have been seeing him for over a decade. He has been in practice for around 20 years and definitely knows his area of specialty along with Dr Mellissa who has been in practice almost as long as Dr Gatz. She has been working here for a few years now and is a favorite with the patients. Also they do not blow off tricky or difficult to treat conditions like many doctors do these days and they enjoy the challenge of giving the patient back their ability to function pain free. That speaks volumes about the quality of the care that the patients recieve and the staffs professionalism.

Great Doctor! Finally found a compassionate doctor who understands and cares about my pain. Would recommend him to anyone who has real pain issues.

For the first time I have a pain Doctor who took the time to read the facts. Not a lot of questions because he had proof at his eyesight. Thank you Dr Gatz and your whole team for making me feel comfortable.

Dr. Gatz is great and really understands pain from a patient's perspective. He treated me and my improvement was almost immediate. His staff was friendly and efficient. Only drawback was the mountain of forms I had to fill out as a new patient. I think some of that could have been handled through e-mail in advance, so I could have brought the completed form with me. Just as a suggestion.

I've been seeing Dr. Gatz for over 10 years now and he is by far the best doctor l ever had the pleasure of working with lm disabled and with his help I've been able to live a quality of life I didn't think was possible He has been able to keep my pain level manageable and that allowed me to live my life with dignity. He listens when you are having problems takes you seriously and does he's best to help whatever the problem might.
