Had them change key board on working computer when I got it back they said it was all ok but when I got it home never worked again the heavy set female teck was rough with it the older lady just threw my computer to her as she pried it to get it out I donor know what she abused an d broken many she was mad that I had a replacement key board already they charged 45.0 for ruining my computer thanksgor the extra stress leading to 3rd stroke the end
