The man who owns this shop had repaired and worked on my 2nd PC over a year ago, but I never used it. Yesterday I tried to start it and after the initial startup indications on the screen, it went and stayed black. So I took the PC back to this shop and asked for the free Diagnose they promote. The guy looked at the front of the PC and said: "the power button is red, there is something wrong". That was the free Diagnose. Anything more would have cost $60. Since he was the last person who had worked on this PC until yesterday, and nobody had touched it since then, I was a little disappointed by this 'service', to say the least.
I have purchased 3 laptops and 1 monitor from them in the last 2 months. Very please with the quality and price.

Im nothing of a computer savvy.i stopped by the store today trying to find a laptop that would be compatible with Cricut and ii must say prices are great especially for someone on a budget. (like myself)
Jennifer helped me out today must say i have not seen such great customer service in a long while. Jennifer was AWESOME! She answered all my questions and concerns and believe me i had ALOT of questions. She dedicated the time to fully answer them all!
From the moment we walked in til the moment we left the store she made us feel welcomed, it felt like we were talking with a good friend.
We didn't buy anything in the moment but i am 99.9% sure we will be back in the very near future to make a purchase.
