We were extremely happy with the entire experience getting our relative's older computer repaired by Anthony at Kenny P. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and practical, at a good price.
We were visiting a relative in Florida, his Dell desktop wasn't working well, Anthony diagnosed the issues for free, and then suggested several alternate, sensible strategies for fixing it. Service was prompt, his advice was excellent, and the work he did results in computer working much better with all issues resolved.
We highly recommend this shop for computer repair!

Its incredible to watch Kenny work, I was having printer issues at work he fixed it in two mins, I was amazed he didn’t even hesitate, and fixed the problem right away, his staff are great the shop looks very cool, love seeing the pups when I come to visit, and he cleaned my MacBook that I use for graphic design awhile back. I will always recommend this shop for anyones computer needs, Hes the only place I’ll go to for my computer problems, he definitely knows what hes doing!

Staff was very pleasant and helpful! Which was perfect for someone like me who is not very computer savvy. They broke down in detail what needed to be done to repair my laptop and kept me updated on pricing and when to collect which was fast. Would definitely recommend.

My son's HP gaming lap top completely crashed and based on the reviews I brought it here and am extremely happy I did! They do a free diagnostic test that can take 3-6 hours, and the technician Anthony kept in touch with me to explain the results and what needed to be done to fix it and the cost (which was reasonable) and assured me it would be fixed. I dropped it off on a Monday and by Wednesday it was ready to go!

Anthony was thorough, attentive and kind. He kept communication with me during diagnostics of old computer and then was able to retrieve data and uploaded to a refurbished desk top. Thank you!

I was so worried I was going to loose 12 years of info on my desktop due to the hard drive just stopping but Anthony backed it all up and even sold me a new updated desktop for an amazing price. I am so happy that there is still a place other than the big box stores where you can go to get competent, fast and economical service. This should be an example for all the would be mom and pops services that have gone away because they thank the public doesn't need your services. I hate bringing my computer in; because I always feel like I am going to get robbed. A tiny issue may cost you more than what the computer is worth. However, at Kenny G this is NOT the case. They are honest with their work and with the price. I recommend them because of their work ethic and cool green office aesthetic.
