Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and friendly people working here. They had my laptop repairs done very quickly and for cheaper than other shops I was considering. I would definitely return here for any future repairs, and will be recommending them from here on out. 5 Stars

Staff is nice and knowledgeable. They're currently fixing my new computer and helped me get screws for my old one so I had something to use for work while they fix it.

It's always very refreshing once in a while to find somebody who knows their s##t and genuinely cares about their customers! These guys are very knowledgable experts who specialize in computers. In my case my PC stopped working completely, called Geek Squad and they told me to bring it in 4 days. These guys took me immediately and it was fixed next day for extremely reasonable fee. I was so happy with service/low price I decided to upgrade my graphic card and they find me the best option for money and my computer. When I came to pick it up they even showed me how my favorite game runs in high resolution. Overall, great A***** service! Look forward to see these guys again if something goes wrong with my PC.

Have MORE than met all of my computer needs for well over 10 years. Many repairs done to 100% satisfaction of computers from outside sources I previously owned. Now on my THIRD purchased computer from Computers Direct and my ONLY source I now use. Even have had them perform in home service to setup my network previously. I got my laptop wet unfortunately and its would not display anything on the screen, and I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop to the tune of $700+ bucks. I came here per a coworker recommendation and I am so happy I did. These guys repaired my damaged screen sooner than expected (just over 24hrs) and only for around $100.
Forget about the geek squad, come here.you will be happy you did.
