Serious and responsible company, it has a great team that I highly rate for its vocation for service, taking care and doing its best to ensure that the customer receives the cargo complete, intact, on time and is satisfied.

The times I have sent a box to Chile, they have never sent me notifications of where they are going and when they arrive… bad service. Terrible service.

Third and last time I sent something with this trash company, the first time I sent a few things they lost, the second time the losses increased and then this last time everything new was stolen. How shameless they really are, by the way I had to call and be on the lookout because it seems like they don't even care about anything, inconsiderate! The man they serve in Orlando is useless, always with a bad attitude and never wants to help. So much so that one saves to send to our relatives and you come and allow these atrocities. THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO HAVE THIS COMPANY. Hopefully the owner sees this and does something about it with those who receive the boxes in CHILE and get those people out or throw them away. And if people like me have also gone through this with this company, THEY MUST REPORT! By the way, they charge a lot for those shipments. They don't even give you the assurance that everything will be fine. YOU DON'T EVEN THINK OF SENDING SOMETHING TO THIS COMPANY, ONLY IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Super bad experience! I sent a box on March 9,2023 and today, April 17, it has not arrived. They told me that the cost was $25, which I did not pay at the time of sending because they did not have a system and they called me today that now it is $40, so they did not comply.with him established time and they were not honest with their policies either. My mistake too because now I realize that Google's opinions are terrible and the customers are surely right, so good for those who like to review opinions, what is visible does not need glasses.

Mr.owner of the company.
I have used this service several times and everything had been very good until yesterday when my sister went to pick up the box that I sent from Texas to the Doral, FL office and what she received was unjustified mistreatment from one of her employees.
I personally went to pick up some boxes at the same office about a month ago, since I was in Florida at the time, and those who assisted me were very friendly. The person who attended to my sister in her office yesterday was very disrespectful to her and incidentally claimed that you there were doing a favor to those in the Houston office by receiving and delivering the boxes, which is false, because I pay at the Houston office for shipping service for a large 24X24X18 box. My sister, very disconcerted with everything that was happening, called me because that person did not want to give her the box that was already in the warehouse and I asked to speak with him and I heard him say “I don't want to talk to anyone. ” Mr.owner of the company, it is very unfortunate that you have such incompetent people under your responsibility. What you are losing are customers with that rude employee.

A company that takes advantage of people's needs. That plays with your time and your money, not at all responsible. I sent a box on November 16,2022, today is January 8 and the box did not arrive. I call and they tell me to talk to the person in charge in Valencia. I call the person in Valencia and he tells me he will arrive tomorrow or the day after, that's what the conavenca people who are in Florida also tell me and that's how it goes for 20 days that he supposedly arrives tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. What do they do with those things that one sends? Why that evil of not delivering them? Who is responsible? Isn't it worth the money that one makes in this country with so much effort for a company not to care so that they play with your time, your money and your needs?

Super bad experience. Very irresponsible. I paid more than double to ship a box by plane supposedly in less than 7 days. And it's been almost 3 weeks and they only respond “we can't do anything. There was a delay". Neither the manager or owner shows his face or offers any apology. Total disappointment
