The facility was clean and comfortable. The office staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. My visit to this facility was very good.

Great experience. The clerk went above to ensure my testing was completed. The lady in the back was great as well who completed my testing. She explained everything. It was overall a great experience. Thank you all.

When I first walked in before the door shut behind me I was greeted by warm and friendly staff members. I was there for an important drug screening for a masonry position at coastal masonry. So I felt comfortable with the way the staff handled me. Very professional. Most importantly they all seem to get along with each other I heard no bickering or unprofessional talk it was strictly business. Dealing with the public is not an easy task.

Hands down the best urgent care in Broward County. Just love the reception staff, Latoya, Leslie and Nicole always go above and beyond for each and every patient. PT Sophia is absolutely wonderful. Let’s not forget the handsome men of medicine! Between the tall, dark and handsome Jevaughn and the silver fox PT Brian, you’ll have every reason never to miss an appointment! Besides all of the eye candy, the staff at Concentra are extremely knowledgeable in all things medical. Just love the entire staff… So happy to I came to this center!

Arrived with 5 minutes to spare before closing with room full of people and they happily made quick accommodations to perform physical and drug screening for my daughter. I’m very pleased with their service and very friendly staff.

Most of the staff is polite. You may end up waiting a while but they have tv on which is good to pass the time. Clean environment.

I don’t usually leave reviews at doctors offices, but I must say that I am impressed with the service here at Concentra Pompano, Leslie, Latoya, and the entire staff are exceptional. My injury didn’t feel like an injury. Good job team.

This is really a good place to be if you have to. No one wants to be sick or injured but if you are, they treat you very well. The therapist and the front desk girls Latoya and Leslie take good care of patients

My experience here was because of a work related injury and the young ladies working the Front Desk were amazing, Latoya and Leslie. They were very attentive, always made sure I saw my Dr.and Physical Therapist on time, and worked around my schedule without any issues.
