Concentra Urgent Care, Orlando FL

I was afraid that I would have to spend hours since I didn't have an appointment. Luckily, I was seen fairly quickly. The staff was very quick and helpful. Even though this was a physical for a job and my first time here, the doctor gave me better advice than any of the doctors I have ever had! She showed ACTUAL care and concern for my future health! I wish she was my primary doctor.

If you have an appointment, this facility is straight forward and efficient. The staff is very professional and friendly, the facility is clean!

Came in with a persistent sore throat. Told Dr that I had been tested for Covid and was negative. She asked if I had been vaccinated and I said yes. She then went on a tirade of how the vaccines were dangerous and I might have all kinds of bad effects.never going back.

This is the best urgent care facility I’ve been to. Shaira and Sara went above and beyond to ensure a great experience and it is so appreciated. The area was clean, staff was helpful, and wait time was quick (of course it depends when you go/ what other patients are being seen for) but I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Concentra Orlando Southchase location.

Reception was excellent. Technician was excellent. Doctor was excellent.
I am not totally satisfied with the pricing structure of the DOT exam. It is fair to pay
$130 for it the first time you are checked but it is not fair to pay the same amount for a “follow up” / same test at a 3 months period. I will understand one should pay that after one year but not just 3 months.

Everyone at Concentra was excellent. I visited for work related tests and they handled all the paperwork perfectly. I didn’t have a very long wait and all the staff I interacted with were very professional and pleasant. Would choose to return here again.

Very unprofessional. The Dr that administered my DOT physical was quirky, weird and Very absent minded and scattered. I am under successful treatment for sleep apnea and have been for the past several years. Each year I come in to this location to get my DOT recertification as well provide a “compliance” letter for my sleep apnea treatment from a physician who has been in practice and a Pulmonary and Sleep specialist for over 30 years.
I presented this letter to the physician at Concentra and was told it was “not enough”. Mind you this is basically the same compliance letter that I present each year and I’m granted my DOT recert. For whatever reason, the strange Dr at Concentra decided that it was “not good enough” and requested more data and information from the sleep report on my CPAP machine. Just a big headache.
Who is this Dr to question a specialist in the field whom deemed me fit and able to operate a commercial vehicle?
Needles to say, I was able to present documentation but it was simply unnecessary.

2pm appointment: waited 1 hour. Got into doctors office at 3pm. Got vitals taken then waiting now for 55 minutes for a doctor to see me for an injury to my finger that looks like a papercut. Oh and the waiting room in freezing and the doctors room is so hot. When I went to inquire about the wait I was ignored. No one cares here. Don't go here and if you do just walk in. They seem to move quicker if you don't have an appointment.

The doctors did not do any treatment the hospitals said should be done. I had to beg for an MRI, still have yet to see a specialist for my leg. Looks like I’ll have to beg for that too!

If you plan on walking in, plan on being here the entire day. I went twice and both were over 4 hours waits so I left after being told wait was hour and a half.

My visit was due to a work related OSHA requirement. I was sent to the clinic without the required paperwork, but the reception staff was helpful and accommodating… I was able to have the documents emailed and forwarded to the clinic. My wait was minimal and if not for the assistance of the reception staff I probably would’ve had to leave and return with documentation. Surprisingly pleasant experience! Thank you.

The care your team put into making my visit an easy and pleasurable one. If, I was to say anything negative. That would be having to come back to speak with the doctor on the results of my test results and what concerns I may have moving forward.

I had to wait 3 hours and 45 minutes the one star was because the doctor was very nice. Its always a 2 to 3 hours wait time there its horrible.

I waited in the room for so long. I felt I was neglected. Nurses never came back to give an update why its been long or what is happening. They will just inform you to wait. And thats is. But you can hear them giggling laughing outside. I felt I wasted so many hours waiting. But the Doctor is kind enough to explain the reason of the long wait. I was just expecting the nurse to give their patients assurance, a confidence of mind while waiting.

Worst experience ever! They told me an hour or less wait! I waited 4 hours and was never seen! I was on vacation and was so sick. At the two and three hour mark I asked what was going on and they kept telling me there was nothing they could do that they were short staffed. I had already waited so long and was desperate for an antibiotic and was not familiar with the area so I continued to wait. Finally at the 4 hour mark I asked for a refund along with two other people who were sick! There were not even enough people in front of me to take 4 hours. No one on that place could care less. They knew how sick I was. I was shivering with a fever and they knew all I wanted was an antibiotic. Worst customer service and care I have ever seen! Finally made it to the minute clinic that night who actually cared about their patients! Steer clear of this place! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
