Concentra Urgent Care, Leesburg FL

Used the cheap handheld Digital Machine to do a D. O. T.exam, Blood Pressure.when I asked when it was Is catebrated last, They could not tell me when, And refuse to do it manually. And of course, my Blood Pressure was a little high. Went to my doctor the next day. My Blood Pressure was nice and low. How can you do a federal exam with a handheld machine without having it calibrated daily

The treatment plan given at initial follow-up was perfect. Though the injury presented some challenges; doctors responded with proficiency.

All the staff was great. Dr. W.spent more time with me than I expected even though the clinic was already closed. Doctor and assistant, who was also xray tech, went above and beyond. Exceeded expections throughout the visit. Can't thank them both enough but hope this review helps.

This Concentra was different from all the rest. Really efficient and everything moved right along. The rest of Concentra has a lot to learn from this location.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star I came here because I got hurt at work back in the beginning of September I sprained my ankle and knee and they were more concerned about my knee not my ankle so they do a mri of my knee they said nothing was wrong with it but still swelling up like a golf ball my ankle was killing me they kept telling me I’m fine I’m fine I shouldn’t be feeling this way everyday my ankle swells up like a pregnant person they just now finally 2 months later want to do a mri of my ankle to find out that it’s broken and still sprained these people here treat u like trash like ur nothing they are super rough and mostly there nurse practitioner the doctors have no bed side manner it’s doctor Ivan something if u come be prepared to stay longer than a hospital stay

The staff completed a work physical for me. Double checked that everything was completed on it and got me in and out in a very timely fashion. Thank you.

To all those CDL license holders be aware.
If you are in any medication like Xanax and such DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR DOT Physical.
The company Concentra has a rule to REFUSE any driver from getting a DOT physical from them if you take any schedule 2 medication like those for anxiety and such. You will fill out the questioner and they will take your money for the physical and make you wait and administer the physical KNOWING they are going to DENY you your card, but after the physical is done then the doctor will tell you that you didn't pass because of the medication and how is company rules not to approve any driver taking any of those medications.
Save your money and go somewhere else at the date i did mine 10/24/2023 they charge $130 and you will not even do you the favor of telling you that they will deny the medical card by company rules so you can't get a refund.

After mine was refused the Dr told me to work on getting off the medication and come back when i did, that i could work on it by loosing weight and managing my diet and such. Mind you the DR is morbidly obese and he is telling a patient to loose weight when he could loose probably 100# himself.
I would never set foot on this place or any other concentra even if my life depended on it. To me the DR not the staff is just a thief, he had the nerve to tell me he was not making any profit by denying me my medical card so i asked him if he was working there for free? Of course he said no So YOU are profiting for the $130 you just took from me.

I went for pre-employment drug screen and PPD. Everyone was super nice from the receptionist to the clinical team. My wait was not long at all. Great experience!

Medical personnel's need to be mindful of people time when they are at medical appointment at this place. They are very slow with little or no regard for people.

Concentra Urgent Care in Leesburg Florida has got to be one of the best urgent care’s I’ve been to. Today was my second time going due to a work related injury and I must say that everyone from the front desk to the back are very professional and helpful to the patients I would definitely recommend anyone to go for their medical needs. I’m looking forward to finishing up my treatment with such an amazing staff, thank you Concentra Urgent Care Leesburg.

The process at the Leesburg office was quick and the personnel were friendly and answered all my questions.

Employer sent me. Scheduling is an issue here. I spent 3 1/2 hours total for an appt that should have taken 15 min.
