Kishima amazing staff here at Concentra in Sunrise. She was my tech. Made my entire process a great experience

Concentra sawgrass is the best great customer service staff is very friendly especially kishima who did my DOT Physical will be coming back

I waited two hours in the waiting room for a physical. Once I didn’t see a nurse, she was very kind and apologetic but the wait time was inexcusable.

I am Latina, I do not speak English or I am not fluent in it, no one could translate for me and on the other hand, they give you an hour for the appointment, you arrive and they attend to you within an hour and a half.

I was exposed to hazardous bodily fluids with cuts in my hands. I had an appointment on dec 9 2023 I asked for a blood test they wouldn't do it they told me to come today Dec 11 2023 I asked for a blood test again! They still wouldn't do it all they did was check me with a stethoscope and said I was okay.well I'm not okay I asked for a blood test because I was exposed.

I was not there a good ten minutes I walked in did paper and straight to the back in and out they was great service.

I am dissapointed and dissatisfied with the medical service because upon review of the visit's note I found incorrect information and most importantly because the plan that was initially discussed between the provider and me rest rest and lifting limitations/restrictions changed to no restrictions after he communicated with someone in the company where i work

Everyone I dealt with that day was very nice very prompt very professional it was basically in and out and it was was pretty easy so yeah definitely it was a good experience.

Facility is very clean, and staff is super friendly. Wait time was reasonable, with refreshments available and tv entertainment.

Amanda is the best, she works with you and helps with all of your needs. They are kind, compassionate and always help with smiles on their face I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Staff was excellent! Didn’t spend my whole day sitting waiting to be serviced. In and out less than a hour

I was sent there due to injury on duty. Your provider, Dr. Hensley, barely examined me, did not hear or listen to my concerns, treated me as an "algorithm" not a patient or an individual. She just kept pushing prescriptions at me.

Part of taking care if a patient is ensuring they are treated with care and assisted to make a recovery. I did not find that with this provider.
