Bought two AC units and have them as a service provider. But in recent years it’s a bad group to deal with. I just called them
for a service call with a down AC unit. I was told by a rude rep that if I’m not at the house I have to wait over a week for and down system repair even on the 2018 units they sold me. This is ridiculous and presents mold risks etc. Last fall I called for my normal routine service and it was a 6-8 week wait for service. I called another company that arrived within an hour. Why call Condee at all?

We know marco very well and we owned and maintained and repaired multiple units of ac.we decided to seek conde air for one of our units and this was the biggest mistake we ever made. We were in a rush as we were out of the country and we were told that they will replace our 2, tons ac trane compressor with a 2 tons carrier compressor and a carrier air handler. Since tha installation this unit if we set it up at 72 it never goes to less than 78 in evening and during the day it does not go down lower than 80. We we have 5 more units of ac in that house all installed by different ac companies and they are all perfect if set at 72 the units go down from 80 to 72 in less than 15 minutes. This unit is only 18 month old less than 2 years and we called them several times and they keep on telling us that it is something that blows hot air in the duct system we never had any issues with the old unit that they changed except it was over 12 years old and needed to be replaced.and every time we call them you need to pay for a service call and the problem is not solved. I agree with all the bad reviews that they have and I can’t see how any body can in his right mind give this company a good review. We are calling another company on Monday and as a concerned marco island lover I urge the community to beware as a majority of us here are elderly and trustful and treat our service advisor very well and deserve not to be taken for a ride. And the big joke is that when we ask them to come for service this time they are telling us they cannot come for a week even if we keep on paying them. We are at a point that we are considering changing this unit for a new system. WHAT A SHAME

Use this company at your own peril. Went round and round on a gas fire pit repair for a couple months. Came out gave estimate, came to repair, still did not work, more parts. End repair estimate was over 6k for less than 2k worth of parts and about an hour labor. Companies need to make money but these folks either don't know what they are doing or are out to take advantage of people.

I've used them twice for my home and once for business. They are fast, fair, and thorough.
