I was new to town and needed assistance with my hearing aids. The Dr.was very kind, patient, took his time with me and continued to make adjustments until he was satisfied with the results. Being 81 years old and hard of hearing for over 40 years, it is so refreshing to finally find a hearing aid specialist that is there to help and not sell. Of course if you need a new aide he is more than willing to recommend the one best suited for your needs. He had some wonderful recommendations and was great at explaining what was needed with my hearing loss. Make sure you ask for Steven Newsom and give him a try. Lots of parking and nice place to visit with Cindy while there. She is the Patient care coordinator. Fine team.

Sound Advice is a winner across the board. I have been bringing my dad here for a couple of years, and was so impressed. Don, Audry, and Gwen met with my dad at different appointments, and cared for him with the utmost professionalism. I learned from taking him that his loss could be genetic, and the sooner I went, the better chance I would have to save my hearing.
