I am on my second pair of hearing aids from Connet Hearing, the first pair worked very well until after 3 years I lost the LH side on a fishing trip. The new ones are even better, no more batteries and fully blue tooth. I had a technical problem and Karen was able to fix it easily on the spot.
The units are 1st class and the service is excellent.

My husband went to this clinic to have his broken hearing aid fixed and the lady (Audiologist) was very nice and accomodating. Their customer service is exceptional.

Went in to have hearing checked. I found out what I suspected and have hearing loss and terrible word recognition. Unfortunately even though some options were affordable at this time I had to pass. I was treated with respect and did not feel pressured to purchase at any time. Overall, a good experience.

Everyone gives this place 5 stars and so am I! My new affordable hearing aids are kinda like magic! I'm hearing so many things I haven't heard in a while. Karin is a professional with a great sense of humor and the young lady at the front desk was very kind. I would highly recommend this place!

Karen James and the receptionist are great. Karen is so patient in explaining the tests and how the results impact my hearing.

The testing was detailed and gathered the “true” details necessary to determine my hearing needs. No stone was left unturned. Professional, efficient and caring.

Patient had to go to Pt Orange since NSB office was flooded out by hurricane IAN. Technician should have had access to hearing aid info on that patients rather than have to search extensively. She was very helpful but Connect is NOT connected.

I'm not a patient, but stopped by to find the retention pieces for my hearing aids. The woman was so helpful and friendly! She found some that fit and even put them on my hearing aids. Then, she wouldn't let me pay anything. Clearly, they provide great service to their clients!

Karen is a very caring and efficient professional. She had to send my Phonaks out for service and made sure I had a loaner pair fitted to my hearing needs?

Karen was very nice and informative. She repaired one of my aids and informed me that the other is damaged and cannot be repaired. I have other expenses in front of this expense so I cannot replace both at this time, I will purchase in the near future.

Made appt with me as backup to my regular Connect Office who was closed as a result of Hurricane Ian. Saw me the day after I called. Handled my issue and took care of issues that were to be addressed for my 6-month follow-up appt scheduled for October12.
