Wow, The doctor at this place is amazing. One smart guy. He did it all, checked my hearing, explained the outcome, gave me all the options. I walked out with new hearing aids and can hear great! What more can you ask for.
It was really great, I understood him very well, n with not hearing very good as don’t have hearing aids yet. But I do read lips. N so far I’m very happy
I was very impressed with the personal from the front desk to the audiologist. They couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. I didn’t wait at all when I showed up for my appointment. I Would highly recommend them.
The wire holding the receiver on one of my Phonak hearing aids had broken. If you have hearing aids you know that one hearing aid is almost as bad as no hearing aids. I called this morning and Peggy was able to get me in at 10: 30. I walked out of the office with both hearing aids working and an appointment for my annual testing and updates. Great folks and I highly recommend them!
I couldn’t have gone to better audiologists. Bethany, Peggy and Derek are extremely knowledgeable and skilled. It’s very comforting to know they will always be there to to help me maintain my hearing aides so I can continue to function in the world of sound. Thank you Bethany, Peggy and Derek.
