I give Madison the prompts. Madison greeted us at the door followed us through this store. I asked for the real leather. She walked us to the middle of the store. Madison Answered all my questions. She had patience with us. If I didn't understand she repeated the statement that was spoken the first time. I am satisfied with my visit today. Thanks Madison

Got a couch delivered today November 3, signed for the couch delivery guys left. As I get back home from work, I begin to straighten the pillows out on the couch and found a hole, long story short, they're telling me nothing can be done.

So, I bought furniture for my Living room, my daughters bedroom and mine. All together, I spent an estimated amount total of over $13,000.00. The entertainment console shelves were scratched and damaged. My bedroom dresser was also cracked and scratched. Delivery team notified me the first day to tell me my delivery was delayed because of the damaged furniture. They assured me that I would receive new furniture per their order. The second or third day I was told that my furniture once again came in damaged. So the Delivery team offered me a 10%discount, which totaled to around maybe $300 out of $13,000 dollars. So basically I took it as a loss and agreed beacause by this point I was disappointed and discouraged. I also was tired of the drama and mess with moving etc. I received my furniture October 27th thru October 29th, Still I have not heard update about my chest that also came broken. Now let me tell u about the Delivery service. The Driver or person (Curtis) was professional and did his very best to work diligently and was polite. The second on the other hand Alex, was very familiar with my daughter, rude and argumentative. The first day, I called his supervisor and asked not to send him to my home. The supervisor asked me why and I replied that it was simply a way about him that didn’t sit well with me. I Couldn’t pin point it. I also said that, he seemed argumentative. The supervisor told me that he is the only one he’s got and had no one else to replace him. I said “ oh no”. So they sent him anyway. The next day he came with Curtis. This man confronted my daughter while she was in her room getting ready for work. He asked her why did I report him. He also told her that his manager told him it was me and told him my address. Not only did he confront my daughter but he left my home with my dresser outside in front and the driver had to bring in the heavy piece by himself. When my daughter told me what happened, I became very upset and called the manager that sold me the furniture She told me she wrote an email to the corresponding people associated with the delivery department. I spoke with a person named Jay. He was kind and very apologetic. Unfortunately, that is not enough for me. Not only my furniture that I paid so much money for is damaged and I took a loos but mine and my daughter’s life may be at risk. Now this delivery driver knows where we live and that i reported him. I didn’t even say anything bad about him at first. All I asked was to please not send him again to my home and that his personality did not sit well with me. He took it own his own to confront my daughter in my home, while she was home alone. Now this man can retaliate or he can get someone to do it for him! Today is November 2nd and I still haven’t gotten updates on my new furniture replacement or reimbursement for the anxiety, stress and money spent. The only good out of all this was Danielle, Treavor, a young lady I can’t recall her name and Jamal. They were the ones that helped me buy the furniture. Danielle and Trevor were the managers. They all catered to me and were very kind and patient with me. So the Customer service in the store was excellent. Unfortunately the product/ furniture and Delivery was not quality and very poor. I’m not sure if I’m going to go further with this case. I’m still contemplating it because, I fear for mine and my daughter’s safety at this point.

I walked in the store and was greeted by salesperson Quin. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She had a smile on her face the entire time She was speaking with me. The manager was very respectful when going over My contract. They both were very knowledgeable and respectful verifying my information. They're both a great asset to your company.

They failed to update website saying they had stuff in stock but actually wasn't so my time was wasted I saw a couch I liked site said in stock or delivery by August 30th I get to the store and they saying not available till November for delivery. Only gave a star cause they were nice.

This store is very good because, in addition to having many products for the home, they have a facility for one to be able to obtain the product you want and most importantly, the attention of the staff is very special and professional. Personally, I will recommend it to my family and friends.

General manager (short, bald, lack of personality) informed his sales clerk my wife and I were NOT good enough customers. Even thought we had spent $8,000 last Feb.
However, the sales clerk Ivan was very nice and showed us lots of new items. I'll look up those items and get them at some other store. It's incredibly insulting and shameful for a store manager to treat customers like that.
