8 ABANDON ALL HOPE YE WHO ENTER HERE!
Forced to use them since they own a monopoly in my area. You will get AT MOST 1 Megabyte download speed on a good day. If you game, you definitely don't game online anymore as most of your days will be spent either with no connection or such bad connection that it will not be worth playing. So pick up some offline games if you can, but don't think you can download any of them through this provider. Do you like YouTube or movies? Well don't bother with the provider as you'll get 5 seconds of screen time every 15 minutes. I pay upwards of $100 a month to this company only to get these speeds and apparently they offer none faster. I have sent emails, called them, and showed up in person to discuss these issues and they are worse than Comcast, Spectrum, and Verizon combined. If you HAVE to use this provider because of the monopoly they own in Clarksville, then may god have mercy upon your soul.
I give em a 1 because the people on the phone are pleasant.but can't do ANYTHING! Had 5G installed two weeks ago, everyday it would cut out. I would unplug the modem/router and it would work for a day. Finally it just quit. A tech came out, replaced the modem and just left. NO 5G! He never even checked, just said "it's good and walked out! I called and called, have multiple "ticket" numbers but NO ONE will call me back or come to the house! I've taken 3 days off work to be here with empty promises that "someone will be in contact" but it never happens. If you have a choice I would look elsewhere.
I can’t even say the worst service ever because we seldom have the internet service working. It’s the worst company. I don’t know how it stays in business. I have had No internet service for 3 weeks. I’ve called; put In service tickets. I have never been contacted. We have not had ANY response or service tech come. Its still not resolved. I don’t know what else to do. And, we have other providers in our area

I can't even, I order service back in late February and they came out in March multiple times due to a broken line they had to lay a new line then also add a line, they did a bunch of work and then I was told they would be back "tomorrow" and they never came back. No phone call, nothing.called customer service and they "had to send an email and would call me back" no one did, called back a week or so later, they "sent an email and would call me back" never called me back.here we are June and this is what happened everytime I call. I finally got supervisor or a higher up and he DID call me back to just let me know he was waiting to hear back from the technicians and that he would call me back when he knew more. Well that was last week and he hasn't called me back yet. They were seen outside the property looking around and stuff but didn't. Do anything and didn't say anything to anyone. I was at work and was just told they were here but didn't do anything or speak to anyone and still no phone call to let me know what's up. I'm in such a remote area that Consolidated Communications is the ONLY hard line provider in the area and that's what I NEED. I had to change my profession over this! I am EXTREMELY disappointed and highly hope something is done ASAP. Please.
Called repeatedly to try to get someone to our house to fix internet issues and a week later, no response. Everytime I call I get run around and told they would get someone out and still nothing. WOULD NOT recommend their services to anyone!
I have been a customer since 1992 thru several companies. My internet was mistakenly disconnected on a Friday over a month before this review. As of the following Monday my internet was still disconnected. I had made calls on that Friday. Monday I moved to a new provider because I was told I did not matter to consolidated. Now a month later consolidated wants to bill me for the past month that I haven't had service. Nope
Long term customer. Told I did not matter by customer service. New service at my home now. 30 years did not matter to them. I was loyal to. Good by. I hope the state gives your contract to someone else.
