I placed an order from their website for a brand new product, but the merchant sent me a USED one. After multiple communications with them without resolution, I had to file a claim via PayPal. PayPal reviewed the case, ruled in favor of me, and refunded me. I don't recommend this merchant if you don't want to go through the trouble and waste your time.
