I have never been to a government establishment this unorganized.
You walk in and you don’t even know where to check in, as everyone is scattered everywhere. Kids are playing like it’s a circus. I took a photo and my backdrop had fingerprint marks all over it. The place is dirty, chipped paint, dirty walls, cigarette butts outside the entrance, random stuff scattered everywhere inside, and LGBTQ pride flags everywhere LOL. Even the poor lawn isn’t kept up with. We were told 2 hours to process passport which is fine, we waited 4.
The place was once nice, about 10 years ago. It was treated like a profesional establishment with a code of conduct. I hope someone considers putting some work into this place.

Very bad service they provide, they do not have a fixed protocol all the time They give you a Sita and when you arrive Ala Hora de la Sita they tell you that you have to wait so what is the joke.cotton head dad help us with your people here on this side please

I am very disappointed in the Mexican consulate in Orlando because they should have better organization to receive people.there is only one person at the entrance attending to and receiving people who have appointments and those who do not have one.they maintain people waiting in a line and the truth is that it is disappointing to see this type of things.most people come from far away and what they expect most is to spend a short time on these types of appointments and that is what they spend the most getting to the consulate.being already at the windows you don't know when it's your turn until they shout at you because the screen where your turn should be reflected is off and that's not counting the loud music that the people serving you behind have from the window and you can't hear them calling you and when people try to ask questions they get angry

The mobile consulate in Ocala was very poorly organized, the public servers are of no use, it is a shame for the Mexican people to have this type of servers, they take advantage of their position to bully people who do not have much study and do not know about computers and the operators to dating is worse anyway long live Mexico!

And they guide you.but you do have to go away for a day because right then and there they tell you that it is late.

Oh, there is a lady with a very bad attitude because she doesn't explain anything to you, but I wait until they are almost closed to the consulate and I go in with another cashier. Yes, very good people helped me get my minutes and cur but the other one did nothing, very bad for her.

The mobile unit personnel that arrived in Quincy should be patient and not so pushy.
They left me in the middle of processing the welfare card and now I can't log in.

Excellent service, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The process from start to finish took me between 1.5 to 2 hours. They delivered my passport to me the same day, just like in many Mexican cities.

Terrible service they give you an appointment at 9 am you are punctual and they leave with their mmds that it takes more than 4 hours and then they take you to another room to listen to interesting talks for those who serve other people like me that you just want now go away! For spending so much time waiting that you don't care about their talks at all and to finish you have to wait for them to call you to pay -. - a long time, total waste of time
That if the guard is very friendly and also the Miss Güera who touched my glasses is very friendly, without a doubt but the service leaves a lot to talk about through its system or I don't really know

Would give negative stars if possible. The building is dirty, made an appointment and the next nearest day was 2 months in advance. I show up and even though I made an appointment and was early I had to wait until all the walk ins were attended to. The cashier refused to give me my passport because I didn’t have exact change and she didn’t want to do the math. She then told me I can wait until enough people pay her so she can try and give me my 6 dollars of change or I can leave with no change. To summarize, avoid this place at all costs

I filled out the application online.got all of my financial docs together.got photo. $51.passport and showed up for my 10: 30 am appt. I suggest flagging one of the employees that are circulating and ask where to get in line.do not just sit down or get in a line without checking. The employees were super helpful. I was out of the office with my permanent visa in 2 hours. For a government office.this was a piece of cake. I could not have asked for better.

Horrible experience. Was told that they only accept exact change because she “didn’t want to do math. ” Left without my change. Everyone was extremely rude and there was no point in making an appointment as it was disregarded. I don’t wish this overall experience on anyone.

On August 11,2023, I had my appointment to renew my passport, I traveled for two hours but honestly I was somewhat afraid of having to spend a long wait and with the possibility of not completing my procedures that same day.
But SURPRISINGLY, since I entered, Mr. Don Angel attended me very kind and attentive, he told me what I had to do and after 20 minutes I was already at the sale to take the photo for my passport, I had the blessing that Mrs. Edith Barragón attended me SUPER PROFESSIONAL with a lot of knowledge, he helped me and explained all my doubts.
Really thanks to my experience that day, I can express with great pride that this consulate carries out the procedures in record time, the human quality of all its staff is admirable, working with a lot of love and an excessive dedication for each one of us Mexicans.

Appointments can be made online. They also attend without appointment but more delayed.
