I truly, cannot say this enough… Nick at consumer auto credit is hands down the most polite, compassionate, understanding… and just real person I have met in all my time buying cars. From the very moment, Nick embraced me and my situation… which wasn’t ideal, but I NEVER once felt like I was less than, embarrassed, or any negative feelings towards my situation. Nick offered supportive words, always telling me that we would figure it out and even was able to Pivot to alternate options at a moments notice. This was all achieved with the compassion and true dedication to me as a person, first. Horrible people they have a whole fraud scheme going on there. It was a very bad experience they robbed me for my money.

Orlando is an excellent salesman. I had a good credit score and needed a work truck. He got me in a real clean silverado 2500hd then called me back 3 days later with a better interest rate and a 36000 mile 3 year warranty. I swore I would never buy from a car lot again and gave these guys a chance. They exceeded my expectations. The finance manager was top notch as well. No buyers remorse here at all. I got a good deal. Ask for Orlando for sure!

When my car broke down 2 days after I purchased it, I brought it back to get it looked at and even though I told them I need my car to get to work in the morning, they came back 2 hours later saying they have to keep it, so I asked for a loaner or something to compensate for my car being broke down, Luis said”that’s not my problem go get an Uber” then when I started to get upset, he stereotyped me by saying “if you wanna get hood, I can get hood” just because I was black. I grew up in a nice neighborhood and went to nice schools, served in the military, and got my bachelor’s degree. I refuse to be categorized just because of the color of my skin.

Please please stay away from this place. It already has enough bad reviews for you to see they are scammers. I bought my first car from here, engine light was on, they promised it was something minor and they would fix it. For 1 year and half the dealership had my car while i was making payments on it + insurance monthly, waiting for it to get “fixed. I had to come out of pocked a extra 1000 to get this car fixed and when i got the car back it had a whole bunch of dents and scratches even doe when i bought it those were not there. The staff is super rude, matt one of the owner is the worst person u can ever talk too super rude, horrible customer service, the finance manager is also rude. When i went to return the car a day after i bought it he told me “this isn't walmart where u can return stuff”. The whole experience is just a scam, and staff is super rude. After my car was “fixed” ive had a infinite more problems with it! Thank god i just got rid of it and into something better. Please do not buy from this or tampa trucks down the street, u can already see bad reviews on this place!

Better service than some other dealerships. A more accurate price listed and a good optional warranty for some extra security. Nick was a great guy and helped us out with checking out our new car.

Communication is good while you’re buying a vehicle from them. Afterwards, good luck getting in touch with them. I called three times left two messages and spoke to somebody and they were supposed to call me back. They messed up my paperwork put the wrong address down. I had to incur additional charges and miss work go to the DMV to straighten out addresses. They also messed up the names on the paperwork. A complete nightmare. I have had the vehicle they sold me four months and I’m already trying to sell it because it is full of so much rust and things are already breaking on it.

Let me to you this. Orlando is in the business of selling cars the appropriate way. His energy is amazing, transparency is authentic and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I was provided. The entire staff was nothing less then superior.

Flew out to Florida all the way from Iowa on a leap of faith with intentions to buy a car from these guys. I met up with Orlando and he assured me he’d get me outta there with something decent and he sure delivered. Went above and beyond for me on a suv I really liked and made sure to get me insured and and even an extended warranty very pleased with my car and dealing with Orlando don’t think twice about going to him for your car buying process. Car drove like a dream all 1400 miles back home!

This Diler is a tremendous bad experience, I do not recommend it to anyone, they sell you cars with problems and then they do not want to solve it, please do not come to this place

I have been too this dealership 2 times too look at 2 different cars that they said were on there lot. But on both occasions the cars were not there after the individual confirmed the car was on the lot an hour before. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!
