6Went to store on 8/21/21 to buy 5lb box of conch. Charged me $105 for box. After getting home and preparing to fry some conch noticed conch wasn't fresh. Conch was dark colored and mushy which tasted awful and caused my family to get sick. Called store to give awareness of bad product to no avail did I get an answer. Me and family purchase conch from this location often which is usually fresh. This time I was sold a bad batch. Review is to let shoppers know the Conch is not fresh. Please double check your products for freshness or you'll be disappointed and out of $105 like me.
They have no good hygiene practices. I was in the seafood department on01/31/2021 around 12 pm, waited for approximately 15 minutes, before called my turn the employee stoped to count his tips then asked me what I was looking for, I told him, do you mind changing your gloves? He was very hostile and insulting me, obviously I left within buying anything.
This place has been given a make over and looks great. The same great customer service experience is still there and the quality of food products. I like shopping here for my meats and inexpensive produce
Moved back to the area after being gone for a while, and WOW I love the new look! And the new owners were kind as they were walking around helping & organizing. I usually order in bulk and have never had a bad experience. Glad to be back!
Whenever I'm staying in North Miami, no matter how long I make sure that I stop by and get my fresh groceries from here. (p.s. I'm a stickler for fresh produce) Very welcoming staff a great tasting food. Highly recommend this place.
The meat market is the best of latin favorites. The display of meat beautiful. They other varieties of latin produce, i highly recommend it.
