Starting with the way the front desk is.very respectful they actually greet you when you come in. The wait is a bit long at times but the staff is a great team, they work very hard. I just wish i could go there more often because they actually know how to put needles in your arm UNLIKE csl. Keep doing a great job guys!
Didn't have any issue when I went there. A few crazy people walked in and started yelling but the staff were Ok. It would of been nice to have some food there for us to eat while they were sucking the blood from us. However it was good to get cash at the end and way better than the blood bank.
