Wish I could give ten stars! Seriously! I purchased my Range Rover and drove it about a week before it started completely spazzing out. Jason was fastidious with everything throughout the entire process, from working with the warranty company, covering all the bases on issues with my vehicle, to communicating everything that was going on with me. Absolutely spectacular service! My husband and I went to pick it up tonight and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they’d also included a complimentary detail. Continental has earned a customer for life, for anything my high maintenance, cranky little Brit decides it needs!

I recently used this company after purchasing a used vehicle from Seminole Toyota in Sanford Fl a week ago. I was informed by the dealership that the car had been checked out by a "certified merecedes mechanic". I drove car one day after purchase, and the "check engine light came on. I was referred to continental imports, and they informed me that the mounts were bad and the thermostat had a leak. It was over $2100 to fix however, my service manager, Gina was very professional, and showed empathy for my situation. She explained options that could help me pay the fee. When i picked my car up, it had been cleaned and drove like new. I am so grateful to have been referred to Continental Imports, and I will definitely return for future services, and I will definitely refer them to my friends. THEY CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR CAR!

They fixed too many things to even count and did a fantastic job. I recommend them for any work you need.

These guys are amazing, Jason in the service department came out and talked to me about every issue of my car and went above and beyond, everyone that I came in contact with were very respectful and kind, I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs service work done on their vehicles and I will be coming back myself. This place always does a great job! I have been using them since the 1990’s for all 3 of my vehicles.

I took my car here to get a few things fixed other repair shops would “fix” in the past. They left my car in great condition. With a car wash and we’re very transparent at the end with send me and invoice to my email as well as going into detail with me for every charge. Thank you RJ and Mike for looking out for my best interest and being so helpful. Very good customer service and coffee in the waiting area. About to mention they wash your car before giving it back to you and a 2 year warranty in case anything that was fixed is damaged. 5 stars over here!

I’ve been to Continental Imports a couple times now and both experiences have been great! They know what they’re doing, and the quality of the work is top tier. Also, the shuttle they provide after you drop your car off is so helpful! I worked with Gina and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and able to get the repairs I needed for my Fiat. Gina is a seriously a miracle-worker - thank you C. I!

I really like this place. They are consistently awesome! They tell the truth and don’t tell you need stuff you don’t need! Loved in Gainesville forever.when my bmw went out of warranty, I moved to them and feel better about my car repairs! BMW mislead me more than once about service that was needed.

This was my 3rd visit using this business. Heidi, the owner worked with me on everything from beginning to end. She even took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. Today, she took the time to call me and asked if everything was to my satisfaction and how my car is driving. Thank you Heidi, for going above and beyond with me on my car repairs. Continental Imports is a first class repair shop! Gina the repair advisor was tasked with fixing multiple issues on my Lincoln. She communicated with me throughout the process, and the repairs were done promptly and correctly. Thank you Gina and the whole staff for making this a pleasant experience! I just moved into town and my Volkswagen has been throwing a temper tantrum, 4 other shops couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car and Darren has bent over backwards to accommodate any and everything from diagnosing my car to to even checking up a few days after to make sure everything was good. The shop did quick and effective work, and Gina is so sweet and kind and I couldn’t be more grateful to have experts that take such good care of me and my car. 10/10 recommend!

Ms. Gina has been absolutely great from the very beginning! Any questions I have, she finds the answer if she doesn’t know it.
