I have shipments from December that have arrived before packages that have been there since November. They are not transparent in the management of complaints and have very poor customer service.

I have received damaged products and even though they open the boxes (because they arrive open), they deliver them as if they didn't care and without informing the customer or assuming any type of responsibility.

They want to charge you $100 in air for 2 things that don't even weigh 250 grams. Nobody responds and they force you to pay and then manage complaints that never respond. I have lost medicine and I have been robbed at gunpoint.

Don't let yourself be scammed. The service is not worth what they charge, plus you never know what they charge.

My recommendation is that you do not ship with these people, they are liars and scammers. It was more yesterday when my daughter called them there in Venezuela, she did not appear in the system, that is, they did not locate the shipment, I had to take a photo of the invoice and send it to them, so that they could locate it, they are disorganized. In short, I do not recommend them, they offer departures every Tuesday and Friday, so you take the box and they tell you, oh no, the departures for Venezuela are on Fridays, on Tuesdays they leave for Miami, what a disaster, they make misleading offers and they are bad organized.
