Place is nice but the building management is a real disaster! Elevators are often down, the place is constantly making expensive renovations, so it’ s like living in a war zone as they also love to perform fire alarm tests constantly and as early as possible. Don’t be fool and buy there as they are planning new renovations for the upcoming years (gym and pool areas)

For over ten years I've been visiting, residing or owning here. You get what you pay for. Six star service and a "family" of staff with relatively low turn over. Year after year, the same warm and friendly faces.

This place is as good as it gets. In south miami: you’d be lucky to even get into here, enjoy if you do. Crème de la crème

I am an executive protection agent who proudly served in the Israeli Defense Force for 4 years as an elite paratrooper and decided to take part in working in this beautiful building community. It was a mistake. There was a lady who looks at all the camera monitors in a room kind of in the garage who is in charge of everything whom I am supposed to communicate with before my shift. I caught her doing something odd in her camera room and she yelled at me and lied to her superiors about me saying that it's too hard for me to work and somehow managed to get rid of me before I can let anyone in the staff know what I saw her doing. I was already working for a couple days I have never been so upset and let down before like that ever in my life. You can only learn and grow.

We visited friends here and absolutely loved it. Luxury living at its finest. Ultra-ultra luxury living. And the views are to die for!
