Last June Gerry helped us sell our Villa in Fort Myers. We sold in approximately 6 weeks and received our ASKING price (which was also one of the highest in our community!)! Gerry is well informed on the market and had good knowledge on how to price our Villa to make the sale easy and save us money. He also staged the property for us (we were not living there).
