Dr. Daniel Lee is the best!
He can speak Korean. That helps my family very much,

This place is very professional and all staff is pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them if you're looking for someone who answers the phone and returns calls. The last place I went to was just the opposite. I am very happy with my new Dr. Edwards.

This is truly the best Doctors office I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they really care. Can not say enough great things on how that facility is run!

My dad, Rafael Rodríguez, my mom/ his wife Mayra, my sister Elizabeth and I who are always taking him to his doctor’s appointments at Conviva do not have enough gratitude for the wonderful services my dad has received for the 10+ years. They are an additional family. 10+ years ago my dad only needed a pcp for regular check ups. Now at 81 & with many complications my dad needs a little more attention and this is the place to get it! My dad gets calls weekly, we see his pcp as scheduled and at times we have to walk in and someone will always see him. All the staff is amazing and full of care. We are never rushed, we never wait long, and best of all my dad loves his team and enjoys going there even when he is not feeling well. Thank you

Rude unprofessional, no social distancing, yelled at patients in the waiting room, both waiting rooms were full no where to sit, I was disappointed how they spoke to the old guy sad, I would say never come here you won’t get quality care,

It’s a clean facility, friendly staff with doctors who listen to you. I highly recommend Conviva Okeechobee.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the services, even though one thing need improvement: answering the phone more promptly. Suggestion: office should have one assigned cellular phone just for receiving text messages about appointment confirmations or any other simple communications between a patient and staff.

Everyone is so caring at Conviva. From the moment you step off the elevator, your greeted with a warm hello.quick temp check.you can feel the smiles beyond the mask. Sometimes there's a wait, sometimes not.but always a pleasant waiting room. Veronica & Dr. Lee are THE BEST! Whether I come into the office, or need a question answered over the phone, they are always here for me. I couldn't ask for better PCP. I'm so fortunate to have found Dr. Lee @ Conviva Okee!

I really love this place! It's 100% better than the previous healthcare center in this building. I was there yesterday after falling. They were quick, professional and very pleasant and informative. They set up tests immediately and gave recommendations. My regular appointments there are the same. I don't think I've had a team like this since the Insurance changes in the 90's.

My recent visit to do lab work there people had masks on not covering there nose. To many people waiting in the hallway not six feet apart. I will do vertial visits only. I don't feel comfortable going to the doctor office.

The service provided is excellent. The office staff are extremely helpful. Getting referrals is done very quickly. They also followup with phone calls to give the results of tests, x-rays and other pertinent information. I am very pleased and highly recommend Conviva.

Great staff, excellent doctors that take time with you, they don't rush you. With that being said, your wait time may be longer than usual.

Have had some minor problems here, but recent improvements in communications, and follow-up. (management change?) have been very helpful.

First, this office is not comprised of obstetricians and gynecologists. They're internal medicine practitioners. Dr. Rodriguez is my primary care doctor. Although I'm an HMO patient, that does not impede the level of care I receive. No doctor or practice is perfect, and I'm certainly not a perfect patient. However, I am treated with respect and if I do have an issue, I am able to express it and feel heard. Dr. Rodriguez and his staff genuinely care about their patients, want them to be satisfied and receive the best medical care. In this day and age, that's a rare commodity. I highly recommend this Okeechobee facility.
