Donuts. The staff and doctors are ROBOTS.
They dont understand
Our language, they don, t
Hear us. They been programmed, to fill the
Clinic Bank account.

I was going to give this office a much lower star however, Dr. Coto has been the best medical provider I've meet in a long time. As most of us know finding a doctor who actually cares about you is truly one in a million. He listens to you.rare. I know! The medical assistant is new but she is very nice as well.

However, the front desk staff are not as friendly. The end of June I lost my health coverage. The next day after I lost it I received a phone call that all of my future appointments have been and canceled and call back if I get insurance. They truly made me feels as just another number and not a human. I informed them that my doctor had recently put me on a new medication and the appointment was a follow up. I did inform them that if I did not have new insurance by the date of the appointment I would pay out of pocket fees to be seen. She then told me they do not see cash paying patient's and call if I get insurance. I was so taken back by how poorly the front desk staff manage patient care. Hopefully upper management will re train their staff to have compassion for the patients of this office.

They are disorganized office. The office manager is horrible and no customer service. In fact, from start to finish are the worsr. Even though they said they care for their patients, but they don't.

All Conviva locations have been problematic, but this one takes the cake! If i could rate lower than one star I would. They think nothing of letting a very elderly patient go without care. You have to have hours to wait on hold on the phone as they do not have a direct line, so you always have to go through an answering service, even during business hours. The doctors are okayish, but borderline dismissive. But even if they were great, it wouldn't matter as you can never access care in time, since the Drs are blocked behind layers upon layers of bureaucracy non sense. The staff is rude and will think nothing of hanging up on you.

Do yourself a favor and never seek care with any of the branches of this conglomerate.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything good, on the contrary, if they knew how angry I am. Today I had an appointment with the podiatrist, but before I contacted the Conviva Care Center twice to make sure they had sent the requested referral, they told me that everything was fine until I They gave the codes that matched the ones I had and when I got to the office they told me that they had not sent anything. I wonder do they play with just one for being withdrawn? In any case, I am only 66 years old. I imagine how it will be with older people. While I was still in the office, I called Conviva again and the guy who took care of me {I think it was the same one who took care of me days before} tells me that I have to call a referral! Because they didn't tell me when I called the previous two times! Because of you I lost my appointment and for them to give another it will apparently take more than a month. How are you? You are really disappointing, to get a medicine it took more than a month to send it, the truth is they need more trained people, people's health is at stake.

This is the worst PCP I could have. The referrals department takes years to get referrals. Me and my husband had missed many appointments bc they never do their job. It is so frustrated. The only person that actually do her Job is Brenda, if you don’t get her, no one will work on your referral.

Very unorganized. Lack of follow up is the biggest issue. If you need a referral or even bloodwork you have to call over and over and over for the same thing.

Absolutely the worst. They advertise that you should skip the e.r because you can talk to a doctor 24 hours 7 days a week. It took them 2 days to call back and it wasn't even a doctor, it was an assistant. Prior to that it took over 3 weeks for simple meditation to be filled, so I asked my pharmacy and they said they have an abundance of that certain medication but yet nothing from corviva for just about 30 days.if I can leave zero stars I would

Worst ever the first chance I get i will change doctor. It took 2 days for an assistant to call back, not the doctor, took almost 30 days for a prescription to go threw with an abundance available at the pharmacy. They boast about saving a trip to the E. R but yet I had to go 4 time's there versus any help from corviva. I was slightly pretentious about a cortisone shot and was asking many questions until the doctor got aggravated and specifically said that he is getting bored with the conversation, completely not professional
