Conviva Care Center, Pompano Beach FL

Love the Dr. ’s & PA’s but getting anything from medical records, to referrals to even a call back in a timely fashion after hours of waiting back to back is seemingly impossible. I’ve stuck it out because I’m concerned I’d lose my specialists but it’s time for me to move on. Getting a simple task out of staff is like pulling teeth. While it’s likely due to being understaffed, that isn’t something that should cause constant issues with patients for going on over two years now. It also isn’t an excuse for why there’s constant hang ups after long holds instead of a response to my hello when the phone is picked up. I’d report to Humana some more but I see in responses that they just lie to cover their butts so it’s seemingly pointless. Another office is a better option

Leandrea is a awesome person. She is very knowledgeable and caring. So always take great care of my Dad's needs.

I love Nurse Joy, and the ENTIRE STAFF at Conviva - Pompano! The receptionists are very friendly and professional, and the medical staff is knowledgeable and efficient. Their "tender loving care" approach, make this location one of the BEST! No matter when you go, the longest wait time you'll have, is about 2-3 minutes (6-8 minutes if it's busy!). Half of the office is a children's clinic, and the other half services adults. This location offers a variety of services, in-house, to make each visit as convenient and hassle free, as possible.

I highly recommend this place!

Conviva is the most advance Care Center in south Broward.
The staff are superb, outstanding, caring, and professional.
My Doctor, Dr. Abigail Lomarda-Kaczmarzewski who has been taking care of me along with my Nurse Ms. Yenny, for years has been superb professional and caring. I will tell you my Dr.will follow up with you all the way to see that you are getting better. Take my word you will be getting a call.
They fight for you with these hard to work with Insurance Companies to get your referrals go through. Especially Ms. Isabel, she will go above and beyond to get the service you needed and have a great communicative skills. She going to let you how far the prosses is and what next.
I will tell any one with no doubt 100% that this center take cares of their patients.
I will recommend this center for patient care, you will be happy you found them.

This office is a Blessing in disguise!
I feel so happy now that I found Conviva South. I was lucky to hear that they just became Conviva.
Dr. Kaczmarzewski and her staff. (Diana, Alex & Leandra) have the bedside manner (personal service) generally missing these days.
The doctor has super positive energy and cares about her patients.
The staff was great setting up appointments plus processing the referrals.
Very very happy.
