Conviva Care Center, Port Orange FL

They have a serious problem answering the phone, always put on hold or say will call you back, I spent 30 minutes on hold trying to cancel an appointment for same day, left several messages No one called me back, they have to many patients for the help they have.

Very friendly staff, Samantha, ARNP, was very knowledgeable and patient and took an excellent history, did an exam, ordered tests, and answered all my questions. Cynthia was also very friendly and took vitals and history. Being sent for labs that were long overdue. Office staff was super friendly and well organized. Lab work can be done in the same office which is a huge help! Conveniently located on South Ridgewood and parking is excellent.

Very nice clinic and friendly, caring staff. On site pharmacy is very convenient. I had an emergency and was taken care of immediately.

My experience with the doctor was excellent and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking above average medical care.

They Take time to listen to you. What a concept huh? Wonder why more facilities don't adopt this concept? Every one is pushing prescriptions take this. If a patient is living with certain illness they should be allowed to express their concern. Here at this location they Listen.

Recently have had bad experience NP and other NP and doctor who do not seem to take patient's serious health problems serious. Why would any health care professional see that creatine kinase level is abnormally low and do nothing to forewarn the patient suffering from this very low creatinine kinase. I simply don't understand. The cure, going to the doctor and trying to get treatment, can sometimes be worse than the actual disease or diseases.

This is the best, friendliest, courteous office around. I have not experienced this anywhere else.

They are a terrible site. My husband has been a patient for a very long time. They do not take care of there patients. Look else where.

Hi, the office does a really good job, I think the pharmacy team is awesome, help you get the rock bottom prices on meds and critical ways to make them affordable, teamwork between them is the best, bds, sorry, picked wrong amount of stars. Fav Doctor office

Every person that I came in contact with, from the front desk, to the medical assistant, to my primary care physician and to the pharmacy made me feel like I am a priority. Conviva at East Port Orange exceeds my expectations and has a raving fan.
