Conway Ace Hardware, Orlando FL

Very disappointed with the staff in this store. Drove here to get shiners (live bait) to take my son fishing on Father's day & as I'm pulling up the staff is bringing everything inside. Now its exactly 6pm.not 6: 01, not 6: 03. They tell me the registers are already counted and put away and they can't sell me the bait.

The attitude and condescending tone the staff had when delivering that canned sorry excuse of why they can't do their job shows me what kind of business this is. I get it.closes @ 6pm. But a little compassion goes a long way, and instead of a 1 star review it could have been a 5 star review for taking an extra minute, and making the customer feel appreciated.

Personally, I don't care to come back here. I've already reached out to a friend that knows Thomas (Tooltime) & let him know about the horrible experience I had. Lake Nona is a little bit further of a drive, but I would rather give that Ace Hardware my business than to come back to this store.

Hopefully the owner reads this and has a conversation with his staff, because they're costing him $ and future business. I'm all about supporting local small business, but they have to earn it & deserve it too. Unfortunately this one falls short.

Customer service disappoints me lately. I have been waiting on an out of stock pool item I prepaid for. I understand there are supply issues but they have advertised the same product almost monthly. Supposedly item is now in stock and have asked them to set one aside for me. By the way I prepaid for this and thought there would have been a little more effort to contact me. I am only aware of the current availability because of my own efforts, not theirs.: (

I ordered 3 items online and pick up today and 3rd item next Monday. Will continue ordering online.

Nice FAMILY business, Might be "MY" best interest never to shop there again. I think we can all agree.

This location has very helpful staff. You can get most anything you need here. They are very knowledgeable when you are saying what you want to do but don't know what you need or directions on hiw to do it!

As usual they had exactly what I was looking for. They were also there to help if I had any questions. All the workers were friendly.

Every associate that passed me asked if they could help.a pleasant experience, a great little store tucked away close to home

Excelent customer service. Very helpful. The minute you walk in they are at your disposal. Prices are very fair. I was very impressed. I bought 2 plexiglass for less than home depot it Lowes and even a larger piece.

Great little hardware store in a very convenient location. I hate going into Home Depot or Lowe's because it's just too big and I always get lost. I feel like Ace Hardware always has exactly what I need and in a small location so I can get in and get out quickly!

Working on hanging a sun shade in the back yard, Nick was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about what my parameters were and provided great feedback to help me get the project done. Thanks so much!

Great place to shop they are very knowledgeable, courteous also their prices are fair, I know more about my trimmer that I purchased now than I did before I walked in the store. Nick is the associate that help me with the product I purchased I received outstanding service.

Bright, organized store with friendly helpful associates who are willing to go the extra mile to help! And if they don't know the answer to your question, they'll ask until they find the p person with the answers. Would like to see more sales, as quite often, the large ticket items like pressure washers, the Stihl line and komodo grills are at mfsrp, and in a perfect world with plenty of disposable income, that wouldn't be a problem, but it's not-and it is for me: ' (

The only place that states it gives US veterans a 10% discount and doesnt give it you but can give you 20% on everything regular price in a bucket once you pay for the bucket SHAME ON YOU ACE AT CONWAY FOR SAYING YOU SUPPORT VETERANS BUT IN ACTUALITY YOU DON'T
