Super impatient servers, did not feel welcomed at all. And then they desired to call a tow company and tow any car that didn't have a person sitting in it (by which nobody checked to see if people were still outside.)

I went here to hang out with friends on a friday night, and a couple us decided to catch up in the park lot. It was maybe 15 minutes after they had closed when we decided to sit in the car because it was cold. Well to our surprise they decided to call the tow truck and have our cars towed. To which they jacked one of our cars up, and charged us $80 to drop the car. Meanwhile there were 3 other cars in line with our car. I will definitely not be coming here again.

Cookie Munchers looked great, large cookies, with a lot of chocolate chips…what could go bad? ! They did not disappoint! Looking at the cookies it appeared they maybe crunchy, on the harder side. But the cookies were softer than expected.

Service is always great.it’s just that everytime we go late nights the cookies are rock hard to where they literally break the plastic spoon. So unacceptable. Seems like we have to go earlier in the morning to get a “fresh” cookie.

I was super excited to try this place, the menu looked delicious and the prices were super affordable.however, the experience was just disappointing.we got 2 cookies ala mode and you would think the cookie would be warm and the ice cream would slightly melt because of this… well, the cookie was so hard that it broke 2 plastic spoons! I was shocked.i wouldn’t recommend this place.

The food is very underwhelming.the cookies are like paper thin so they really aren't that big.they are really sweet but lack flavor.it also didn't taste very fresh.the employees were very nice, but the product just wasnt satisfying.

My grandsons and I had a blast. The challenge was tempting, but the boys were too young, and I was too old.

First time and loved it. Service and cookies were amazing. Went out of the way to try it and would do it again.

Everytime I come here the cookies are fresh and customer service is awesome. I also follow them on IG, very interactive and I got the cookie of the month (fruity pebbles) but I ate it before taking a picture of it lol But the double chocolate was yummy as well.

One of my favorite places to go for cookies! They give you a HUGE cookie for great prices! Their frappes are also really good. Staff is super sweet too!

I was excited to try this place!
1. Cookies were massively large (so sweet)
2. Offered smoothies, cold coffee, etc.
3. Super cute / pho prop lol 4 kids

Didn't disappoint at all.

We went for the edible cookie dough poppers (every flavor was delicious) and we were also very pleased with the giant, fresh, s'mores cookie! Mmmmm

We had the best experience at Cookie Munchers. Jordan was very kind and helpful in the process of choosing our cookies. They tasted great and the service was amazing. I will be a returning customer!

What a great experience my first time going. The customer service was great from entering to departing. I had a Macadamia Cookie serve with vanilla ice cream both where delicious. I recommend you visit the next time you have a taste for a sweet treat. “ I will be back to visit soon thank you for great hospitality.

Horrible rude employees. Nasty attitudes. These people should lose their jobs. All of your customers hate coming here due to bad attitude staff.

Was in Tampa for the weekend visiting from Texas and I had seen them on Tik Tok… really wanted to try them… long story short, BEST COOKIES EVER! Stopped by late in the evening and got a cookie (Chocolate Chocolate chip), omg melt in your mouth… we had also split a regular chocolate chip cookie topped with ice cream… that was absolutely phenomenal, the warmness, the ooey gooey yummy ice cream… ugh heaven! Definitely coming back when I return to Tampa! Great place for those with a sweet tooth

Cookie dough poppers 10/10, cookies are fire, lots of toppings to choose from. Overall solid spot that’s different than your typical insomnia. Frappe is very sweet but delicious

Nice joint near USF. Decent prices, the cookies were delicious and the ice cream not too bad either. Lots of topping options. Gets busy later in the night,
