My AC went out over the weekend and I waited until late Sunday morning to call Cook's. Their technician Chris called me back almost immediately, and he was at my home working on the problem just a few hours later. The costs were all presented up front, and after about 45 minutes of changing parts and cleaning the system out, I had cold air again. Honest, up front pricing and professional service is what their website promised, and that is exactly what they delivered. Mahlon Oglesby called us back quickly and came out on a weekend as well as a holiday to fix our unit, he was very informative and helpful, thank you Mahlon!

Mahlon Oglesby came by to service our HVAC equipment and noticed significant rusting and degradation of the coils on the furnace. Having already experienced loss of AC last summer (which Mahlon repaired promptly!) we were concerned about the longevity of the system. Mahlon was able to schedule the installation of a new, higher efficiency system within 3 days of his visit. The installation crew did a superb job! We are extremely pleased with the service we’ve received from Cook’s.

Called for a/c repair early Saturday morning, got an immediate call from the on-call technician (Matt) and he was at my house all in under an hour. Matt was extremely professional and had the problem diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable and fair. This was my first time using Cook’s but I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
