Cook's paint and body in Milton did a fabulous job on my Cherokee. They even washed it. Robert and Mike were wonderful to me. Service excellent. I would take my Cherokee there again.

The thing that really pushed my experience from good to superior was Mike. Mike remembered that I casually mentioned my mom having surgery and the next time I spoke with him he asked me how she was doing and remembered her first name. I was moved to tears that he remembered and cared enough to ask.

Walked into this shop and was immediately rejected for a estimate. I received rude looks for walking in on a rainy day and was told by one of the employees that he was not doing an estimate today as he wasn’t going to look at it in the rain. People need to realize the effort it might take to get where they have a free day for an estimate. All of this happened after I called the day before and they told me I could come in any time for an estimate this morning. Luckily a nearby shop took me right in a few minutes later…

Had to have my front driver's side door replaced because someone hit me. They did a great job. My car looks like new, and they cleaned it inside and out. Highly recommend

They replaced and painted my bumper after I was rear ended. I setup the appointment and dropped it off for a few days. It looked perfect when I picked it up. Thanks for the great job.

Worst paint job I have ever had on a vehicle. Fenders and Bumper were put on correctly. Paid for items not performed on the vehicle. When called they asked me to return and they would take care of it. I'll pass. Wouldn't have said a thing to me if I hadn't noticed the front end wasn't touched after paying for a front end alignment. Only get one chance with me!

Cook's was upfront and honest with me from the beginning as far as expectations on the time it would take to complete the work on my truck. Their work was at least as good as my hopes and expectations. I would recommend Cook's to anyone who is looking for a good, dependable and honest Paint and Body Shop.

Robert was very pleasant to deal with. He handled the process very professional he broke down all the charges explained every detail on my paperwork and walked around my vehicle. I would definitely use their services again.

Encounter with gentleman in the front office was horrible. He admittedly told us he was too busy to help us so we left and will do business elsewhere. Very disappointing!

That was the WORST customer service experience I ever had in a body shop! The guy that sat on the right side (unfortunately he didn't introduce himself before he got rude) was very unprofessional and seemed to be unstable.

Absolutely not recommended!
