2 Terrible Experience with Cool Breeze Beverages specifically Ryan the owner
I was blown away by the horrendous service provided by Cool Breeze Beverages. We hired them to work on the bev system at a nationwide chain of restaurants. Their complete lack of professionalism, inability to fulfill their commitments, and refusal to respond to any form of communication, forced the restaurant to be without beverage service through a busy weekend.
Ryan, the owner, assured me they would never leave a restaurant without a functioning bev service. What he told me was a complete lie. They had nothing flowing from any gun or machine.
What's even worse is their blatant disregard for communication. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone calls and emails, the owner of Cool breeze beverages chose to ignore us completely.
The lack of accountability from Cool Breeze Beverages has not only disrupted our business operations but has also tarnished our reputation in the eyes of our customers. It's clear that their priorities lie elsewhere, and their lack of concern for the impact of their actions on their clients is truly astonishing.
I strongly advise against doing any business with Cool Breeze Beverages. Their inability to deliver on promises, coupled with their complete disregard for customer service, makes them a company that should be avoided at all costs. Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I sincerely hope that no company has to endure the same level of incompetence and frustration that we have faced.
We have order from y'all a few times and yes at the beginning y'all were good but then went way down hill. I asked for y'all to replace a box that the top was broken and even offered to ship it back but y'all NEVER sent us the juice that u said you would it's been over 3 weeks and still nothing but of course you will send the one that was paid for. That is NOT great customer service. Your company is unreliable. If you say you are going to do something then do it. And when y'all tried shipping it the first time y'all sent it to a different state and that was the second time that happened to us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
