I am extremely disappointed with Cool Connections "services". I was referred to them through Lowes for some minor issues that needed to be fixed in my AC. However, I’ve only been having more problems come up since they tried to “fix” my AC. This has been happening for over 1 year! I also have a 10 year warranty, but they still took $1,200 (TWICE) for labor and parts. They REFUSED to fix my AC and give me my money back. Take this from me, save your time and money, and stay away from this company! They overcharge and steal your money!
Side note, I went to another A/C company, and turns out it just needed about 2 pounds more of refrigerant. It was much cheaper for the service and for it to get installed than Cool Connections has ever been. Well, you would think an A/C company would know a thing or two about an A/C? But, I guess this company lacks knowledge in that area!

Dan is the exact person that a homeowner would hope to have as a service technician and advisor. He was extremely thorough and explained my a/c system to me in a way that I could understand. Cool Connections is now my a/c company because of the service provided by Dan.
I do not write reviews unless it is the truth and in this case, I can’t say enough good things on behalf of Cool Connections and their technician Dan. Thanks guys!

Cool connections Inc was referred to me by a friend who had great emergency service. My experience was great as well! From the time Ms. Lois said hello. The customer service was welcoming and inspiring that my air would be fixed that same day. The service tech was on time and very knowledgeable as well as professional. Dan had my problem solved in less then a hour.
He even educated me about keeping the unit maintained.

We had an outage late Sunday and Chris was kind enough to fit us in last minute. When the AC went out again the next day, which wasn't their fault, they were quick to resolve it and send someone out. We have them scheduled for our annual maintenance for our HVAC and they will be our go to AC experts for our home. Can't recommend this local/small business enough.

Needed AC help ASAP and all other companies I called could not come out for days. Temps were in 100’s and I could not wait. Called Cool Connections and they were able to come out the same day and fix it the same day! Ben was awesome and very professional! My go to AC repair for now on!

We purchased a Trane HVAC System for our home in February, 2022. The system was installed and one week later it was not cooling properly. We called Cool Connections they sent out a repair tech who said it was a bad heating strip. This caused our electric bill to triple. The heating strip has been replaced twice now. I was told that we would be reimbursed for the high electric bills. I would NOT recommend buying a Trane HVAC System. However Cool Connections came through and fixed the system and paid us for most of the exorbitant electric bills.

Hvac went out at the beach during the hottest days of the year. I was given Cool Connections as a reference from a friend. Chris came out next day for a quote and I was able to save hundreds of dollars on a better unit. They were very accommodating with outstanding communication and showed up when they said, completed the job and everything was perfect! I highly recommend!

The Cool Connections team is cordial and easy to work with. Dan is always on time, notifies in advance and work is professionally completed.
