4Once again Cool Depot came through! I had 2 of my 3 HVAC units break down on the same day. In a season where customers keep HVAC workers extremely busy, they still managed to have me up and running again the next day, even with having to replace some major parts. To top it off, it cost considerably less than I anticipated! Always a major plus!
I called Cool Depot at 9 PM at night. They were here 1st thing in the morning and had my unit fixed by noon!
Wow is all I can say, these folks were the most professional a/c company I have delt with in years, not only did they show up on time they were quick and less expensive than the quotes I had gotten from other a/c companies, the technician they sent (I think his name was Mark) was very professional and knowledgeable with the business, and the people who work the phones for the place were friendly and a pleasure to deal with, not pushy at all. All in all my A/C system is back up and running like a champion again.thanks again Cool Depot, if I need a a/c company in the future I will be calling y'all again.and I will refer you to all my family and friends
