Took My Yorkie in and paid for a Bath, Nails, and Clipped. Ears were not even trimmed or clipped. NO Bath, Ears not cleaned on the inside. Clipper burn on the Stomach. Botched all over.

I had an appt for my 2 dogs. This would have been their 2nd time there.
Pam made it clear she did not wish to groom them. Even after me making an appt. She complained about my Schnoodle saying she was shy and timid (which she is) I advised her she was a rescue with a harsh background, but was very shy. Than she complained about my Schnauzer that if he bit her she would not tolerate it. I asked if she had a muzzle and she replied that was harsh and abusive to dogs. She asked my plans, and I told her I was going to Pensacola and she blew up and stated “u don’t pay me enough to baby sit”. (I could have easily changed my plans but she took off on a rant) I never got another word out of my mouth. I retreated and left saying “thank u for ur time”
Note: I drove in from DeFuniak Springs to Crestview for this. My home was being fogged that day and so for the next 3.5 hours the dogs and I enjoyed our outing. However, I will never return, and I feel my dogs could have easily been mistreated had they stayed. Dogs sense these things, as we all know. I still do not understand how she could bathe, trim nails, and shave them in under an hour, as she professed.
