Went in to trade in some of my cards and bulk and the process was super quick and i got great value for my cards.i miss playing pokémon here so i can’t wait for events to resume so i can come back.the employees are super helpful and friendly

Great store/community. They have a great selection of product and aren't too bad price-wise. Their buylist is one of the best in the Orlando area.

I've never visited the brick & mortar store, but their online store is great! They offer amazing prices and lots of selection. I've ordered from them several times, and will continue to do so.

I went there to look for D&D stuff for my son. The selection was poor. Staff was friendly and courteous but I've found more d&d merchandise at Barnes and noble

Love this store! Extremely nice to kids here. One of the employees gave him extra stickers and other neat stuff with our purchase. Highly recommend!

I've been doing business with Cool StuffI for years (2009) and it's always been a great experience.

After my friend and I spent 10 to 15 minutes inside the store with no masks (we are vaccinated) and were ready to make a hundred dollar purchase, we were turned away at the register because we did not have masks. We asked if they had any for us or if we could cover our faces with our shirts. They refused us service despite us being willing to conform to their demands. They lost a hundred dollars because they couldn't supply a 10 cent mask (or just let us cover our faces with our shirts). I would get a mask and return, but apparently they don't need any business. Buy your games elsewhere.

Reopened day. I went near closing time.

The workers were happy and it made my girlfriend happy and less scared.

I've been a cool stuff client since their Aloma Days (for over 2 decades) and this was my girlfriends first visit.

The attentiveness of the workers led to her spending over $20 when she originally intended to spend nothing.

Small talk and jokes from the employees like "these sleeves look less like pepto-bismol" are great.

In the end, were here to play games, have fun, get away from thw world and now actually get back to it.

We live over 35mins away from this location (the waterford location shut down) and we dont mind making the drive back.

Hopefully for some fairlg priced Digimon products and events. Hopefully. (Save us from Tcgplayer lol)

The employees were incredibly nice to my 10 year old Pokemon fan who was looking for a rare card. I wish the gaming tables were back.

Best location for Pokemon/Magic/Yugioh cards in Central florida. Knowledgeable & helpful staff, large assortment of merchandise, & good covid practices.

Bought a pikachu Shining fates box in store $49.99 checked the store website and they had it listed for $39.99. Not very welcoming place. Very much just tell me what you want and get out kinda attitude.

I bought a Heroclix figure from them using their website and it ended up being a nice shopping experience. Fast service and a great price for the figure and shipping. Item was boxed up nicely for fast delivery.

Had my order ready when I got there and had suggestions to upgrade my MTG Commander deck further. Definitely recommend!

COVID measures are out of control- more strict than Disney or Universal. I could tolerate it if the prices were not insane. Went in for ETB and they were 35% more expensive than other game stores in the area. Won’t be back.
