I've used this company for both their AC and plumbing and both services have been impeccable. Joshua arrived quickly diagnose the issue we were having with leaking and not only properly cleaned out the pipes and lines he took the time to explain why there was a build up, how to ensure that it doesn't happen again and pointed out a few other things that were quick fixes. He didn't just do the job he insured the system was in tiptop shape. When I had a clogged sewer line Justin arrived, worked quickly and cleanly to get it clear up. Again plenty of suggestions to keep things clear and moving! I have two houses and have recently bought a service plan for one of them. I will be buying for the other. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the organization. PS when the technician is on the way there is a real time tracking system that enables you to better prepare and not waste any time waiting around for the technician. A wonderful convergence of old school customer service and new school technology.

Had a Kitchen faucet replaced. Plumber was professional and fast. Also detailed, identified an issue with garbage disposal and gave options to address it in a timely cost effective manner.

Very prompt service good communication thought prices a bit high but otherwise was good service

Lancelot called exactly 30 minutes ahead to let us know he was arriving at 8am. And then he arrived at exactly 8am. He was extremely courteous, took care f both our systems unobtrusively, and patiently explained several things to me. Including a demonstration of changing our filters. He was exceptional in every way. Cool Today was very well represented by such professionalism.

Tom was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable about what we had to have done! On top of that, they came 2 days after we called and actually showed up and after we got the estimate, he stayed and did the job! It was unbelievably reasonable price wise! Rick Knight was highly professional in servicing our air conditioner this afternoon. He called before arriving to say that he was ahead of schedule which worked out well for us. He clearly explained all of his tasks as well as the various plan options. I was very impressed by Mr. Knight and I look forward to seeing him on future service calls.

Cool Today's maintenance package is a good deal. Plus it keeps you connected to an excellent company that excels in its service, custom care, and well-trained employees. We haven't met a technician we didn't like. They've all been terrific. I would highly recommend.

Andrew Towner was very professional, answered all of my questions and showed me how to add bleach/vinegar to help combat algae buildup.
He also explained the UV bulb that he was replacing. He was very thorough and courteous. He appears to really love his job and it shows in his work.

Frankie was great. After multiple visits, as we remodeled our kitchen, he was always helpful. He recommended things that needed to be done, did them, and explained why they were needed. His patience, expertise, and friendly attitude made a stressful situation less stressful. I would be happy to work with him again.
