6Noticed the unit was running but not cooling about 2 PM. Called their office and spoke with Dani who is always responsive and helpful and pleasant to deal with. She had me scheduled for repairs in two hours and Robert T was another pleasure to deal with. The charges were discounted as I have a maintenance plan with them. I was cooling off by 5: 30 and Robert was on his way. Good service, good value and responsive…a trifecta!
Sean was excellent.his customer service is above and beyond. I had a problem on 12/31 at 530lm and he came to my house at 7pm very professional and friendly. He came back on 01/01 and explained all my options and helped me to make the right decision. I have being a customer of Cooljng Advisors almost for 1 year and the service is always A+

I'm not sure if Robert Sr.is from the West Palm office or this one. So I figured I better give this review in both places because great service must be rewarded:
Robert Sr serviced our aged system, cleaned it out, and we are good to go. He was very courteous, competent and thorough. I thought the cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend. The updates on arrival via text messages are a nice touch so we knew what was going to happen. Phones answered promptly, efficiently and courteously.
The best ac company I have ever dealt with! They have a customer for life!
