DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Owners- Rob, Sean and their dad Rob senior should be ashamed of themselves! They sold us a water cooling AC system 4 years ago for our condo on singer island. We paid for their "maintenance plan" and what a waste! Since they sold the $5k system to us we had to get a new reversing valve ($900) and a new compressor ($600) since the parts were under warranty, we still had to pay labor. THEY LEFT US WITHOUT AC FOR A WEEK IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY! Most recently, beginning of December, our system had issues again! I called the company and was told "WE DON'T WORK ON THOSE SYSTEMS ANYMORE! ". And they don't have the insurance to work in condo buildings. I understand why, because the few units I know that they installed were not done properly! Cooling advisors did an install at one of my rental properties and NEVER CONNECTED THE HEAT! The system also didn't work properly for the first month of having it! I thought this was an isolated incident but I was wrong. Because of they are not insured to be in my buildings, I had to have another more reputable company come out. The new company said the AC system had a lot of "shoddy work" done to it and now has a "internal issue" that requires a new AC system! Another $7,500 after our original is less than 5 years old and maintained only by cooling advisors! Owners of the company have called me back saying "there's nothing we can do". STAY AWAY from this company, wish we did from the get go! See attached photos, they are so bad!

Gabe O was very professional and explained what we needed in order to get our AC unit working. He answered my questions and provided us with his contact info if additional questions arised once he departed. I will continue to use Cooling Advisors.

Can I give 10 Stars? ! Cooling Advisors vastly exceeded all expectations across the board. I was a first time customer calling out of the blue for emergency AC repair (June in Florida.). The initial phone contact was pleasant and friendly and they got me on the schedule same day. The technician, Sean, was on time (early) and efficiently discovered the issue. He patiently explained the problem and provided a variety of solutions. I opted for the installation of a new system. I was so worried it would take days/weeks to get the new system, but Cooling Advisors had the install set up next day to accommodate my schedule. Once again the crew arrived on time and had the new system installed and running like a dream. Technicians were very professional. I must be a lucky guy. When I purchased my home five years ago, I chose randomly Cooling Advisors. Great family-run company. Friendly, polite and true professionals. I have a service contract, so I met many of their technicians who visit to review and maintain the system. Last scheduled maintenance was performed by Gabe O, whom I never met before. He, as expected, did a terrific job, reviewing the system using the company standard multi point review list, so nothing falls thru the cracks, and then reporting both verbally and on paper his findings to me. What a pleasure working with true professionals.

Dwight Newman was so professional and courteous about diagnosing my ac problem.he was so patient answering all my questions about a new ac unit. He was exceptional in customer service! A huge thank you to the entire team today that came out and replaced my Ac unit. Robert, Kenny, Efrain, & Manny … so professional and so nice. A job well done!

The AC maintenance man Dwight, called to let me know he was on his way x. Was vey informative and as answered all my questions. He did not act hurried and was eager to show me areas needed for maintenance

We’ve been using Cooling Advisors for the last few years and have had nothing but great experiences. The maintenance plan is well worth it- any time there’s issues with the AC unit they come out quickly (within 2 hours!) and are promptly able to resolve the issue.
