I called in today to require their services to relocate my toolbox and as I am explaining to him how previous Tow Truck effectively and safely without damaging my toolbox, grab it through the middle of the toolbox with some straps, and that way it won’t go from side to side, go straight up with no pressure on the bearings to my wheels on the toolbox Yeah he tells me that’s how they would move it and gets mad at me and then hangs up the phone. This is not how you conduct business awful embarrassing to be my peoples no class.

God send an angel to me earlier tonight. My car broke down on the busy highwayon 417. And my brother called this towing company and Mr Mark came to my rescue. He told us that he would be at my location in 30 minutes and he was there in 20 minutes he is a people person and he work on my vehicle and I was able to drive home.he knows is job. He is very good the very best towing company in Orlando.

This tow truck company is amazing. He answered the phone quick and told me it would be a 20-30 min wait and surprisingly made it to me in 15 minutes tops. Service was great, I felt super comfortable with his service especially with being a young female on the side of the road. I've got tell you! I'd ever need a tow in Orlando, I'm going to say please use Cool Runnings Tow service! They are legit! Nicest guys you'll meet! And the best at speed! Their quick to come! I've nene waited more that 30 minutes! Now I know that may not be all the time for them, but every time I've called, they never took more the 30. At point it only took 15 minutes! And they took care of our truck with total care! I highly recommend them! Look them up! Prices are very reasonable! Honest work! Small businesses need our support!

I needed my car towed and the entire process took less than an hour! He was such a pleasure and extremely helpful and reliable. I had my car breaking down, at night, in the middle of the highway and that was very nerve racking for me since it was the first time it has ever happened. Mark calmed me down when providing directions and making sure I was safe. He went above and beyond during the whole process and even offered to hold my car in his truck after finding out that the dealership was closed for the night. The car was delivered in perfect condition, besides the fact that it had broken down. Service was AMAZING and I highly recommend this company to get your car towed, if you ever need it.

These guys were awesome! Answered the phone on the second ring and beat us to the parking lot by where our car was broken down by 5 mins. Responsive and professional. His truck was clean and he had our vehicle loaded in 2 mins. Reasonable rates. About 45 mins later we got a text with 2 pictures showing our car safely in the mechanics parking lot. I highly recommend cool runnings towing. 11 out of 10.
