I highly recommend Cooper Family Medical! I’ve been going there for the last four years and have always had a great visit. All the staff, from front desk to the doctors and nurses are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve recommended them to many of my friends and family.

Such a friendly and caring place. Dr. Is never in a hurry. She listens to all concerns. So very glad I have Cooper family taking care of me!

Dr. Borg is an excellent doctor. I appreciate her being as thorough as she is. She explains the results of blood work completely and deals with any questions or concerns I may have. She listens and does not rush through the appointment. I appreciate that.
The office staff and doctor assistants at Cooper Family Medical are also very good. I highly recommend Cooper Family Medical and Dr. Borg.

Without a doubt, this is the best Family practice my husband and I have ever been to. The physians are compassionate & knowledgeable. The staff is efficient and friendly. We have friends and several family members who go there and we all cannot say enough about this practice. Special shoutout to Dr Chris Cooper who has been truly a lifesaver to us and who we are so grateful for.

Labs. Amanda was very attentive and very good at drawing blood from me as my veins are fairly hidden. The butterfly was the answer. She always asks if she is hurting me, and if course she was not.

My wife is a current patient and I am in need of a primary so I called Cooper Family Medical. After selecting the appropriate extension to schedule an appointment, I was greeted very abruptly by the scheduler who tried to rush me off, pushing me to call my insurance company. After explaining Cooper Family is an in-network provider, she was quick to say "well are next appointment isn't till 3 months from now" and hung up the phone. The schedulers rude tone and condescending remarks was not a good reflection of the business. I am shocked as my wife has always had a positive experience here.

Appointment on time and ready for me. Staff is very polite and efficient. Results were called to me the next day. Impressive.

It's so nice to have a doctor that actually listens to how you feel and then talks with you about your general state of health and tell you how you got there and ways to better take care of yourself.

I can’t say enough great things about ARNP Michelle. She is so warm and friendly, it makes me feel like I’m visiting a friend, not going to the doctor’s! The nurse that checked me in was also very wonderful, although I don’t recall her name. I look forward to being a patient here for many years!

I have been going to Cooper Family Medical for over seven years now and I am very pleased with this practice. They have always been accommodating with appointments within a 24 hour time period.

You always get undivided attention when you see talk to the nurses and doctors, never feeling rushed. Communication via text or phone is great too and they are quick to respond so there is wait to get answers and/or results from tests.

Very warm and welcoming reception area. Love the ceiling fans and the beautiful aquarium as a center feature. Staff are efficient and courteous. I've had the same Doctor for over 20 years so making a change was intimidating, but everyone was very friendly making it much easier for me.
