I moved to Florida 2 months ago and needed my pool completely drained and acid washed. I contacted Cooper Pools and Michael was assigned to drain and clean my pool. The entire pool was drained, cleaned, and filled back up within 24 hours. Michael was very professional and did an outstanding job. On an unrelated issue, I realized I was unable to operate the lights in my pool without any remote. I again contacted Cooper Pools and anticipated ordering a new LED light with remote which would have cost me over $1,000. Technician Daniel was sent to my home and he was awesome. He was able to teach me how to operate the pool light with just the light switch, thus saving me over $1,000 for an entire new light. I also pointed out a leak in my solar panels used to heat the pool up and Daniel fixed the leak. He additionally found another leak on the equipment and fixed that as well and gave me a tutorial on how to use the system. Overall, Cooper Pools and Daniel went above and beyond my original service request to ensure everything was in working order when they left. If you are considering a pool maintenance company, I HIGHLY recommend Cooper Pools. They are honest, hard working, and truly care about their customers. I called Cooper pool on Friday to ask them to do something for me on there next visit they came the next day which was Saturday there day off and took care of what I needed Bob the Vice President and Joey came, I am so impressed with Cooper pool everyone should try this company they are the best.

First - Shawn and Cody were on-time, on target and totally professional in carrying out their work. So they set an excellent tone to begin with.

Problem - Pool water was not getting from our filter back into the pool. We had a number of pool people look at the problem and they were unable to figure out the problem, or refer us to who might. I found Cooper Pools on Google and they were an excellent find!

Shawn came out initially and spent a good amount of time really getting to an answer he was confident was the cause. They were able to schedule the repair for the next day. Cody came out, dug up part of our deck found and replaced the bad piping and got us up and running. They were so careful in the way they worked, that when all was completed, even the pavers looked like they hadn't been disturbed.

I have already referred them to friends, which I am normally very reluctant to do, but I trust them.

Been dealing with Cooper Pools for the last month or so. Shawn and Bob, my interfaces have been professional and believe it or not even in the south they do what they say. Great to deal with.

We bought a neglected home with a neglected pool a little over a year ago but knew nothing about pools, of course the pool was beyond saving and required a complete make over. We had set up multiple consultations for estimates on our pool renovation, but after Mike and Drew with Cooper Pools came out we canceled the rest. The great customer service sealed the deal for us and it continued the whole process. Thanks to the outstanding job done by the crew and the hundreds of questions/concerns I had answered by Mike and Bo - we aren’t embarrassed of guests seeing our pool anymore. In fact, we LOVE having a pool again and are proud to show it to everyone.

We used Cooper Pools for our commercial pool and splash pad. Cooper pools has by far been the best contractor that we have used over the past 7 years. The pool is now extremely clean and the splash pad is clean and running! Highly recommend using Cooper pools Inc.

Pool looks AMAZING! They obviously not only treated the water and cleaned but they also scrubbed the sides of the pool properly and removed all the algae built up in our community pool during the year and a half of neglect from our HOA! Great job Cooper Pools!

Have nothing but great things to say about Mike Cooper and his company. I had an emergency with a leaking diverter valve right before the busy memorial day weekend. Mike responded quickly and got me set up with one of his techs right away. Collin came out and replaced the leaking diverter valve. He was awesome to work with, very professional, and an a true pro at his trade. Hats off to Cooper Pools, Mike and Collin you rock! Don't hestiate to call them for any of your pool problems.
