We have been to the location in Orlando, but the Naples restaurant was a much better experience. The wine tasting was very pleasurable and our dinner experience was even better. We will be back when we return in August. Our Waiter Marcos was very attentive and helpful.

Jane is the best server in the world. Every time we come here we have an incredible experience and always ask for Jane to be our server. She goes above and beyond, she’s so attentive and knows the menu so well. She’s extremely helpful with recommendations and always pays extra special attention to every person in our party. Everyone here is so nice and attentive and the food is always delicious. We love dining here and we especially love Jane!

Great place to go for a wine-tasting experience. My husband and I were impressed with the overall visit. One of the standout features of this winery is the pleasant bartender, Paul! We've gotten him 3 times! He really enhances the experience, is very knowledgeable and ensures visitors have a good time during their tastings. The wine itself is pretty good and affordable, making it an excellent find for the price.

Went on May 4/2023. Very industrial setting. The staff works it’s’ butts off and are great. Waiter didn’t come back often because he was pounded with other customers. Still the food was great and dessert was impressive and not so sweet that you couldn’t finish it.
We got to know the manager and supervisor and they are like friends hosting a dinner party. Very nice experience. We will be joining the wine club thing as well.
My only negative is that this is a LOUD environment… because of the industrial setting. Add the music and it’s a little difficult not to hear people raising their voices at the next table. I don’t see how the wait staff can even hear the diners with all that ambient noise. Still…. Nice place!

Food and wine were amazing but our credit credit card was stolen and 2 internet orders for wine were placed right after we ate there. We will be back but will pay in cash. Need to look into the employees that have CC access and consider using at the table credit card readers. Sad as this location is new and we are hoping it will be successful.

Overpriced and underwhelming. I don't get the hype. The service was amazing and I like the setting, but the food is not good. I'm one that is happy to spend money for an amazing experience and food. The experience was great but the food was borderline terrible. We had pork belly and potstickers for apps which were okay. My chef husband ate the potstickers but didn't like the pork belly. He said it was soggy when it should've been crispy. The crisps with it were stale. Our main courses were the pretzel crusted pork chop and jambalaya. The pork chop was a great size and cooked to temp but the pretzel crust was soggy. The jambalaya had a lot of rice and very little meat for the price. The creme Brule was burnt. Whatever the special banana dessert was that the server recommended was a huge hit with the hubby. It's no wonder they're constantly looking for chefs. You've got to have talent for those prices.

The four of us have dined at several Cooper's Hawk locations around the U. S. This one ranks among the best. Our server was very customer-focused. The food was prepared as requested.
*We really appreciate restaurants that use electronic reservation tools.

We went out to dinner with our parents last night and we all had questions about certain items on the menu. Our server was Colin, who was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a memorable one! The food was excellent!

I took my wife for her birthday, first time dinning in Cooper's Hawk Winery (Fort Myers) and it didn't disappoint! The food was delicious (ordered chef's recommendation of medallions and spinach ravioli), the service was great, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. We joined their wine club and are looking forward to returning for more fine dining.

Loyal member here, first I will say this location is very nice. Food was as expected. Service, we were a last minute reservation so took a minute to get us seated but thats okay because we expected that. Our server Mary was fantastic, apologetic for the slow pace. Not sure I would visit this location again, to many snooty people treating staff as if they were beneath them.

Highly recommend! First time eating at Coopers Hawk and Will admit it was better than expected. The food was top notch and good portion! The barrel reserve wine was fire. The service we received from our server JUAN was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. He made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

We just had a great experience at the North Naples location. Food, service, knowledge about wines, description of foods and pairing with wines. Just learned there is one in Ft Myers and look forward to more meals closer to homecoming. Atmosphere very soothing, servers very knowledgeable and friendly. Not over friendly. Just enough. A very enjoyable experience.

Wonderful wine tasting followed by dinner. The caprese flatbread appetizer was thin crust and very flavorful (split order to share) A cup of lobster bisque was thick and creamy with pieces of lobster. Service was excellent!

Good pasta, greeting we we weren't acknowledged when we came in, (there were 3 young ladies at the reception). I felt like they did us a favor to talk to us. Our reservation was at 7pm. Several couples were seated. Again, we had to ask when we would be seated. Our waiter excellent, made suggestions took really good care of us. As we were leaving wisheded us a good night.

I usually have a good experience at CH but I was pretty disappointed this visit. We were a large party, and several agreed the food is just not as good as it’s been in the past. One of our guests actually felt ill after eating and left early. Not sure if it was related to the food or not. The dish brought out to me was incorrect at first.like the appetizer version of my meal, fair enough- mistakes happen. But when my actual meal came it wasn’t great or correct either. It should have been blackened ahi tuna and it definitely didn’t look blackened. It was over some type of slaw which was very dry. They were out of the citrus rice (how is a place ever out of RICE? !) so they gave me some options and I chose the roasted veggies. They looked good, but hard as a rock. For once I was glad I filled up on the bread beforehand.

3 stars as the service was decent, offered gluten free bread which I appreciate, and my sav blanc was alright. But honestly I don’t think we’ll be coming back here.

It took me a few days to wonder if I wanted to post this or not but unfortunately, my experience on Mother’s Day at this location was very poor. One of my glasses of wine had a bug in it. The waiter never once said sorry or I apologize nothing nothing was ever offered, and it also felt like, we were in a chain restaurant. But the bill certainly did not reflect a chain restaurant.

Kelsey provided us with a great customer experience even before we sat down for our dinner. She helped us by providing our wine club card and upgraded us to the two bottle membership. She is perfect person to have in the front lobby. Thank you Kelsey.

Carol was our server and she was fabulous
The entire evening was outstanding
Carol went above and beyond with serving us and it was a very special birthday for my husband Today! The food was wonderful and delicious and Carol certainly outdid herself it making it all spectacular
Thank you for a night to remember ️

First, it is rather annoying that Valet parking is literally at the front door. Why not just open the parking spaces?

Our server, Valerie, though incredibly busy on a Wed night, was charming and as attentive as possible.

Our ahi tuna appetizer was substandard in this category. The fish being thick cut and fibrous. The short ribs were better, though removing more of the inherent fat would have been thoughtful, given the reputation and price point.

Been to a few locations now and this one has a better feel and great design. Food was great - up to Cooper’s Hawk high standards. Barrel Reserve is our favorite wine. Love this brand. Everything we have ever ordered is delicious. Menu covers all food favorites. One of the best Caesar salads! Wine selection leaves something g for everyone. A couple of our favorites are from here.
