Terrible establishment, the most inefficient and dirty copart of them all. The staff are just wonderful people and not to mention they’re forklift drivers.

This place is horrible, more than 2 hours having support to pick up a car, they take $ cash if they don't pay the forlitseros, they don't take their cars away. This is a scam and completely unethical that one can't do their job for someone else who wants payments. Additional features

Here the owners are the forklifts, even when you copart, you pay workers who what they do is hinder the work of what they need and want to work on, what they have is a lack of respect and professional ethics.they say that the forklift cannot lift a 2022 GMC 2500 taller than the one that appears in the photo, is it disrespectful or not? Do everything you can to NOT have your car stored here, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF. GEICO had my car taken here after an accident, and when I went to pick up my stuff I realized they stole from me. I had things in the car (tire repair kit, map sensors, tire sensors, brake pads, all new and we’re going to be installed and my jumper box and tool box that I use regularly) and of course one of there employees took it all. My car was not officially totaled or sold so I was expecting to receive my car back, and none of the windows or truck were broken or jammed so that means someone with the key to my car at their company stole from it! DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR TAKEN HERE

The peoples that working in front desk take to much time to do anyyy processs, big lines just for nothing…, very bad service….

The worst service I have ever seen in my life, how is it possible that they have so much income and so many sales and have so few employees, entering this office with 2 people ahead of you can mean 1: 30 of your lost time

The wait is horrible, both for the office and for your vehicle to be delivered to you, I don't know what the appointment is for, it doesn't compare with other branches, this is undoubtedly the worst of all the ones I've been to

The workers are very poorly attentive and have little desire to work. You make a support and spend more than 2 hours waiting for a car as if it were the only one you are going to load that day.

Fatal. It is the only copart that has a single person to serve the public. You can be in the office line for more than 1 hour,

Terrible service, bad management, it is the only copart that does not have an appointment and the yard is empty, no truck loading, take an example from central Miami, the manager has been giving good service for 15 years
