Copart Jacksonville North

As always, Copart must send all their employees through "Customer Disservice" training. The guy driving the payloader wouldn't load the vehicle on my trailer. He sat it down behind another transporter who I had to ask to move his rig so I could load it.

Over the years Copart has become more user friendly through technology before all the technology they were friendly and honest but most importantly great people and professionals as one would expect Copart North Jax is the coolest thing since ice was invented! Good job Jax North!

Very helpful folks at this location. Could be a bit of a wait if there are a bunch of customers in the office. They helped me look at a unit there and drove me out to it with a jump box, which was very helpful. The loading yard is a good size as well and the wait was not too long to get loaded up. Use their AP for appointments and pick up.

We make appointments to pick up cars and still take hours. They skip our appointments because we load 5 cars instead of one. Very very slow process

Coparts is an Awesome place! They're Very organized & the reps are all very nice! They Really have it together, with ALL of those damaged cars for auction.
